My sister and I took 6 kids under 10 here for lunch. The server was running her butt off and did an amazing job. The bottomless fries were a hit with the kids. My kids love it every time we go here.

I waited a very long time for my meal. Waitress didn't care to even have that much verbal talk with me and ignored me. My plate came out and the egg was so runny and barley cooked and then I had to wait more time. When the next plate came out my photo fries were cold and hard the egg was the same one and with no yoke at all and burnt! I thought I would try to eat at this place again because the first time was bad but clearly it must be all of them the at nit good. The first one was in Colorado, this one in lansing michigan.

Red Robin has fabulous food and wonderful service but, the restaurant acoustics could REALLY use some adjustments. You can't hear the people across from you without practically shouting. It makes for a VERY uncomfortable dining experience, one that keeps me out of your restaurants

Great burgers with lots of different types on the menu. If you do not want a burger they have plenty of Sandwich options. This location also has pizza, which I have not seen at a red robin before. I tried the garlic fries for the first time, they were really good. Our orders were prepared quickly and accurately. Our waitress was friendly and came by frequently to check on us.
