I hosted a retirement party for my husband. I had both the rental rooms. The food was excellent. Our server, Stephanie was amazing. Very attentive, friendly and she did a wonderful job. Christina the manager was easy, fun and very accommodating to work with. The day was perfect!Kid-friendliness: I had an area set up for the kids in the back room. The kids loved the games they could play in the main part of the bar.

Definitely not the quality it used to be.Some burnt food that we had to ask to be replaced. And prices were to high compared to quality. Obvious frozen chicken tenders and fish . Very sad , considering how good this place use to be.

If I could give zero stars I would. Service and management was horrible. Went to celebrate a friends 21. We were the only table there and after waiting 15 mins for our drinks the bartender comes back to say she forgot what we ordered. The bartender then took our orders again and took another 5-10 mins only to come back and refuse to serve us accusing our friend of having a fake ID. After another 10-15 mins we are cleared to get drinks. Then when one of our friends buys the birthday girl a drink they come out again “Why is your drink in front of her now” we explain its her 21’st birthday and its a gift and they then accuse the birthday girl of not being 21 and having a fake. Says we would have to leave if she didn’t have another form of ID or her temporary paper ID which she did. Horrible experience and very frustrating because it really killed the mood of our friends 21 party.

Great band! Last One Out. Would go see/hear them again! Good craft beer selection. Waitress was quick, however the wrong food was brought. Due to the timing we ate what was brought and it was just ok.
OVERPRICED! I was reminded yesterday of why I no longer go to Reno's despite it being a very good sports viewing venue. I would give this place a 5 star rating if not for the fact that prices are at least 20% above what they should be for most items. Two beers, one app, and one salad should not get one a tab over $50. This is not Washington DC or New York but some of their prices would make you think so. Going to a sports bar, in Lansing, should not ever be something that puts one into the $50-100 price range.Let's start with beer prices:Most of their beer is $8/pint. No pint, except specialty beers, in Lansing should be more than $7 and most should be $6-$6.50. Huma Lupa from Shorts, an awesome beer, should NOT be $8.75 for a pint or $11.75 for a 25 oz. That is a $7 beer at most in this town. Their domestics are priced appropriately but that is it.Now on to food:Queso dip: yes it has chorizo and jalapenos and it is good. But it is still just cheese dip and chips. But $15 is $5 more than it should be. Maybe $12 could be defended but not really with the amount served. That is a minimum of 25% and more likely 50% above what it should be.Shrimp Cobb salad: Not as much of a complaint here. Should probably be $16 and it was $18. 10-15% above - not a huge deal.And then they have the gall to add a 3.5% processing fee on top of that - even if you pay cash. Already overpriced and then a processing fee (due to inflation.......) - absurd and insulting.So, 1-25 oz Labatt, 1-25 oz Huma, 1 queso dip, and 1 salad = $55.58.I keep giving them a chance but I won't be back this time.

Great bar. Lots of great spirits as well as beers on tap. Live music that is fantastic, The New Rule. Casual atmosphere. Pool tables. Two separate sections, one with live music and the other without but both have plenty of TV screens. Lots of great food too. Drink specials are nice but the prices aren't bad anyhow.

Very poor business practices. The restaurant chargers an 3.5% on cash transactions. Not paying by credit card but CASH. Spoke with manager and they said they change it on all transactions even CASH. They said this is due to inflation and they do not want to raise prices on the menu.Nowhere on the menu states this.The manager said it's on their door when you enter.

Came here with a large group so this place wasn’t my personally choice . If I had read the reviews I probably would’ve avoided because all the reviews about the slow service were painfully true. We had a group of about 25 and we had 1 waitress for the entire group. The service was painfully slow, it was hard to put in an order and then it took even longer to get anything even drinks. Biggest problem was the food orders . One couple put their order in with the groups first drink order as they had to leave early, which was around a half hour before the group got to put in food orders by the time the waitress was ready to take them. Either the waitress forgot to put their order in, or someone made the decision to make their food with the rest of the large group, but their food didn’t come until after most of the groups did. So it was over an hour and a half before they saw their food and it took over an hour for the group. They wanted to just cut their losses and leave but the waitress held on to their credit card when they placed the order. This was also weird bc she held onto some people’s but not everyone’s, so what was the policy? Some people didn’t see their food for two hours. Some orders were wrong, some items were missing. 1.5-2 hours for bar food is patently ridiculous, especially considering the place wasn’t even full. Some of the food was cold by the time it was brought out so it wasn’t just the kitchen, but the fact that management decided to staff 1 waitress for the entire group, while there were several staff seen just talking and joking the entire time we were there. Clearly they weren’t busy and the staff could’ve been better allocated. Our overwhelmed waitress made some mistakes of her own but she tried her best. Really this was a failure by management, should’ve had 2 if not 3 staff servicing our group. Not to mention the outrageous prices and fees. No way in hell a side order of fries should be $14. 3.5% admin fee on all orders? To get that level of food and service? Wont ever be back.
