I don't enjoy lower rated reviews but I was hoping for for a bit more than mediocre. The wings were almost all drums and the Buffalo lacked heat. The pizza was a 3/10. The Cheese Bread was the only redeeming factor.

My New Years Eve Order was messed up badly on Dec 31st, 2023. No one cared. They let me leave with 1 cold pizza due to not making my 2nd pizza. I am a lifelong customer, 44 years of loyalty to Sir Pizza, and this was the final visit. For the last years, the quality, service, and even the taste/quality of that once awesome Pizza anywhere.I love it so much. My entire family and extended family all feel the same way. I called the family / corporate office and asked if I could buy a franchise. They are not allowing anymore or anyone to open another store.If I could have received a simple phone call saying they were sorry about the lDt years and last order placed 12/31/2023, I would have thanked them for caring and continued my patronage. No call, no service or care.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and got an all meat pizza , asked for banana peppers on my salad and of course they forgot. Didn’t feel like waiting another 20 minutes for the right order so I just left, DEFINITELY won’t be going back as they can’t even follow simple instructions on a instore order.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but holy s***! This place sucks! They always start making your pizza once you come in, even if you ordered ahead and they told you it would be ready at X time. To top it off, the service is LOWWWW TIERRRRR. They're rude. You're running late, you can at least be somewhat pleasant. Maybe I'm over-reacting. Check it out yourselves!!!
