Did not eat and stop by to have a sit-down meal but they had nobody working the floor you have to order everything on a machine we just wanted the real strawberry shake and they don't make those anymore they use syrup would not recommend going ?

First time to order frim this place, but I was not satisfied with the meal. The triple burger was tasty a classical one nothing extraordinary but tasty. The fries were under fried/cooked somehow raw. The drink sprite in my case was literally water and ice probably they forgot to fill it up. 3 stars nothing more.

Fast Food Mentality Ruined This RestaurantSteak N' Shake used to be a place my father and I would go after a day of hard work. The waiters and waitresses were always nice and we were served right at the tables and given plates and water. It used to be a warm and friendly place to go to. It was the perfect place for dinner before the movie.Then my father and I came in and I realized covid lived in your head rent-free. That's when you ruined it. You made it into a strictly fast food place. Laying off all of the waiters and waitresses was a really dirty thing to do. Instead of it being a warm and friendly place, it is now a down dreary depressing place. There were only two people working behind the counter who were civil instead of friendly. On top of all of this, the kiosks were very confusing and took almost twenty minutes to figure it out, ten minutes shy of a half an hour. The employees didn't bring the food out to our table, we had to go get it. If I had to go get my food I could just go to McDonalds. They had some of the order wrong with my father's shake having peanut butter and no Reese's and I received regular fries instead of the cheese fries I had ordered.I will not be coming here again, at least not to sit down and eat. You let covid and inflation kill this storeParking: The only good thing about this restaurant is there's plenty of parking

If I could I would give them no stars I go in there a week ago and order some food and sit in the lobby and wait over 20 minutes while they cater to the drive-thru I asked for a refund cuz I got tired of waiting I get told I'll get refunded in 2 to 3 days fast forward to a week later I didn't get a refund and I go in there and show them the receipt and if they go oh Im not going to give you any money back because it shows we didn't take any money and I'm like well I can show you my bank account and show you where you took the money so basically they robbed me of my money so if they robbed me they'll probably Rob anybody else that goes in there so I wouldn't go in there if I were you and their food probably sucks anyway and then they banned me because all I wanted was the money I could prove they took

The girl that served us through the drive threw continuously was playing with her hair, when we first got to the window she didn’t have her hat on. As she was handing me my change after cashing me out, she dropped it on the ground. I’m not mad, it was only a few cents but she could’ve at-least apologized. We got two meals and both did not come with fry’s, and there was barley any sauce on the frisco melts. Overall unsatisfied with the food and the staff.

I went to this location for a drive through order,and sat there for 10 minutes, before realizing no one was coming to greet me.I went to the front of the restaurant. There were two people inside. I thought maybe something was wrong. Since all the lights were on but there was not one staff member so Insight so I called inside the store. A woman answered and I said are you guys not taking orders? and a woman answers? She says we've been closed since 10 o'clock.I say, well you have someone in your lobby? Who just ordered? She says in a smart smirky tone that there is nobody in her lobby as I'm in the parking lot on the phone talkingto her, she and two others come out and tell the customers they are closed.If you close at 10 why are the doors unlocked, why are the lights on and what have the staff been doing since 10.If you don't want to do your job at least don't lie about it.
