Just got a delivery minus the drink. Door dash said to call the store for a refund, no answer. Left a voicemail, will see if it’s returned. Pizza was sideways in the delivery bag, toppings sliding around.

Ordered online and have been in store. Waited almost an hr to receive my order when I purchased online, and the dude when I went in person was just sitting on his phone in an empty store and took forever to even take my order. I also added a bogo deal on my online order and the moron said I only ordered one sandwich. Which is the whole point, you buy 1 u get another free.

I will not return to this location. This is the second time I've come in and had a bad experience. I placed my order at 12:00pm, arrived at 12:20pm. My order had not even been started. They told me they were out of the bread, and out of the cookies on the order, i didn't recieve any calls or anything to ask about substituting the bread so it would be ready when i arrived. As I walked in one employee was about to go out for a smoke break or something, I'm not sure. Also they barely toasted my spicy Italian, to the point the cheese wasn't even melted.

I went to this location on 12/28 and waited several minutes without being served in a completely empty store. The worker was on his phone behind the counter as I stood there waiting to be served. The door rings when you walk in so there is no reason he did not know I was there. I finally left without service and as I drove away the employee finally rose from his seated position. A little too late.

Made an online order. App failed but still charged me. I made the order at 930. It's now 11 and I have no idea if it's even coming. I tried to call the store multiple times and it just goes straight to voice-mail. Customer service is a joke. I need to be contacted asap.

There was a new person and an experienced person behind the counter so I thought things would be okay. The employee who knew what was going on was busy making the pre-paid online orders and the newbie put turkey on my tuna sub. I was willing to deal with it. I asked for three veggies to be added and it was the absolute skimpiest portions I've seen.I was hangry and losing my patience. I asked for a combo meal and my order rang up at nearly $18. I told the employee that the price was wrong and the other worker finally stepped in to correct the teller issue. $10 for a tuna sub plus $2 for turkey lunch meat (which I said was fine because it's not worth chastising a newb over a dumb mistake) and $3 for the combo. As with all chain restaurants, the employees make or break the business and turn over is high. My sandwich artist was poorly trained and not at all confident ... until I paid by credit card and they loudly yelled, "No tip?! No tip?! No tip?!" I asked for the receipt, filled my small drink cup, and left.

Ok my husband and I love subway lunch and have been going at less one a week . Iam not one to complain about anything really but I've miss the old crew that works at subway befor these new Foreigners taken over not that I'm racist or anything but. There a big difference.... there no longer set-up when we go in for are subs. Ovens not trun on and Heat it up . No Utensils , line not set-up and Properly stocked up... bread not fresh.. woker are nice but very slow Very quiet don't speak English well... we wait 30 minutes for a footlong Cali club in pepperoni pizza because there not Prepared. I don't think we be going there anymore just not the same, Subway by frandor in Lansing we well miss you...
