I waited in line for over 35 minutes to get my food with only 3 cars in front of us... Got the food.. barely warm???? this will be my last time at that Wendy's...I've wasted my whole lunch there quite a few times.. Service and speed are the worst I've seen anywhere..

The drive through is impressively slow. The food is usually ok but you might get a burnt burger or one with little topping and thrown together sloppily. The seating area is dirty and looks like the carpet hasn't been cleaned since the building was first built. They are clearly understaffed and need at least double the current number of employees. Overall it's bad

The inside wasn’t open so I went to the drive thru and sat there for maybe 5 minutes before someone finally got to me. The guy is drive thru was really rude, talking over me and giving me the total when I was not done ordering. I ordered a baked potato with a chocolate frosty for my girlfriend and it took them over 10 minutes to get my food because they were just talking and not doing their jobs. And told me at the very last minute that they have no potato’s. WORST WENDY’S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!

An unpleasant experience I went to pick up an order and they had me waiting for almost 1 hour and I knocked on the door and they didn't even pay attention to me despite being in front of me and looking at me as I touched everything because I didn't say over the loudspeaker the order to pick up It's not that I didn't want to say the order, it's that I don't speak English and I prefer to show the cell. Two people treated me unpleasantly. I feel discriminated against for not being able to speak English and communicate my order. Well, anyway, I don't recommend this place to order. are the worst

Confused as to why it took so long to serve up a completely cold burger and
Had a mobile order the lady at the speaker n counter seemed friendly I just didn't like how she didn't open the window to talk directly to me she yelled out while the window was closed which luckily I heard what she was saying but yelling back to make sure she heard me was a bit too much she handed me my bag n said have a nice day n my order had a drink on there so instead of her opening the window to talk with me she said "what you had a drink too?" And I said "yea" and she said "ok what was it" standinging there with a facial expression with the window closed looking like I bothering her and I'm just thinking damn that's crazy but anyways the food was good and hot no complaints there :)

This is the worst smelling Wendy's ever... literally smells like very VERY old burnt grease and a dirty smelling bathroom. Carpet is old and dirty.... guy at the register was very nonchalant, not rude just like whatever. He wore the same one glove while handling the register, money and food so I'm not sure what the point of the gloves was for. Back to the smell, just gross... this location needs a deep cleaning and updates. My customer wanted food from here but I would never.
