Very rude. I talked to the manager about the lady. At the window because she wasn't paying attention. To what was going on, she had an ear budding her ear It was taken orders from customers. When I called the manager, the manager said it doesn't matter whether she has music in her ears or not. I'm sorry if you're gonna take my order. I want you to pay attention to what you're getting me and what I'm telling you, I want.No smiles, no, thank you. Nothing. Not even from the manager. So if you are over by hold, avoid going into that wendy's

Ordered a Baconator combo and a 6 piece nugget. Got some random sandwich instead of my Baconator. Fries tasted cold, old, unseasoned, and probably 2 hours old (have to reiterate that). Nuggets seemed chewy instead of crispy (just like the fries). Seemed like there was only one person working for how slow the drive-thru went. Remind the Twitter page to burn their own food instead of throwing shade at other fast food places (at least McDonald's and Burger King can make their food right ?). Yeah, I'm not spending my money (or time) at this one again (BTW, I ate the meal only because I hate having to waste my gas because some stupid bozo can't figure out how the ordering system works)

The lights were not in this morning, so I almost drove through. The speaker was the only thing lite up so I stopped to let them know and to back up to order,... Whoever is taking orders this morning is the most rude person, when I just mentioned the lights are not on.... and I decided to not order anything and go to Burger King.

The last couple times I’ve place a mobile order only to hear sorry our system is down. Here is an idea upgrade our system. If not then maybe consider bringing in a demolition company and build a fast food restaurant.

Depending on the shift, you'll get a good crew. Anything after maybe 6pm you'll get a crew that clearly don't care. One gentleman, I forget his name, is always polite, jokes with ya while you wait, and overall has a great attitude, where others practically throw your food at you, and don't respond when YOU say have a good one.
