This bakery NEVER disappoints! I've had cookies, cupcakes, gluten-free cake, other baked goods from them that have been excellent, but my family wanted a true New York style cheesecake--and they DELIVERED, again! It was outstanding! And they dropped it off because of the pandemic. I can't recommend these folks strongly enough.

We ordered the White Chocolate Cranberry cookies and while they didn't "look like the pictures" as other folks said, the taste was amazing! Isn't that what matters?? When do burgers at fast food places look like the commercials ? We ordered the regular Chocolate Chip cookies the 1st time and we're looking forward to trying other varieties as well.

Spend your $$ elsewhere, wasted too much of mine on my $600. wedding cake which was a hot melted mess upon arrival and not at all as described/promised. I attempted to speak with the owner afterward via Facebook, good luck dealing with defensive, non apologetic owner.

I booked a party here after seeing a facebook post that advertised kids birthday parties. I paid a 50% deposit for the space, pre-ordered and pre-paid for the unicorn cake and for the cupcakes that were to be decorated at the party. I arrived on party day to two very unenthusiastic employees working who never introduced themselves. They did not offer to help with anything having to do with the party and hid in the back most of the time. The space that was provided was small, there was one table and 6 chairs. That was all. Nothing else. When I asked if there were anymore chairs I was told no and that kids could stand to decorate and eat. The cupcakes we decorated were yummy tasting, they were, however, still cold from being stored in the refrigerator. The cake we ordered which I spent $135 on was such a sad interpretation of what I showed them and what we talked about. I was charged $35 for the horn and ears and they are so awful and not at all professionally done. I would have preferred plastic over this misshapen, discolored mess of a horn. The staff was not clear how or what to charge me leaving me feeling uneasy like I was being over charged which I was until I broke down the math for them. The owner had to be called over the phone to figure everything out. Heather the owner was extremely unkind and rude over the phone, complete lack of customer service or understanding. Her staff refused to take responsibility for the cake or own up to the fact that they have zero clue how to host a party. The other parents in attendance were aware at how awful the bakery was at hosting. So embarrassing. Don't book a birthday party here it's not worth the money or headache. I won't be spending anymore of my family's hard earned money here ever again. Really sad to feel this taken advantage after a special day for our family. The bakery gladly took all our money and offered nothing to make anything better.

I've been eating white chocolate and cranberry cookies for years. I feel like I'm a connoisseur of white chocolate. And when I saw the picture of your version white chocolate and cranberry cookies, I couldn't wait to order it. But, when I received the package yesterday, I was very disappointed...looked nothing like the pictures. Not even close. And I couldn't taste the white chocolate or cranberries...it tasted very sweet and like oatmeal.

Asking to investigate this issue with the relevant governing body for legal overcharging is considered a threat? Since when is asking for help from regulatory bodies designed to help and aid consumers a threat? Ordered a cake from the shop with a delivery address specified(I paid extra for delivery already). They sent me an email advising me to pick up my cake instead. I asked if I could pay extra to have it delivered, thinking it would be an easy fix (10min drive). They sent me to a page charging me a further $1818.00 dollars. I was half done with putting in my billing information when i noticed this. When i responded to them, they cancelled my order and said they were uncomfortable with doing business with me for being upset that they charged me $1818.00 for delivering the cake which I had already paid a delivery fee for.

I love German Chocolate cake with lots of coconut pecan frosting, and Whipped Bakery is the only bakery that doesn’t skimp-on the good stuff with lots of buttercream. I will definitely keep ordering from Whipped!

Finally! A bakery which has excellent customer service AND excellent baked goods! Other bakeries boast "old world recipes", too, but too much butter doesn't make it better. I ordered a German Chocolate signature cake and it was beyond delicious! The cake itself was moist and flavorful and the icing was perfect. It wasn't too sweet and was noticeably made from fresh ingredients. I never refuse a piece of cake, so from experience I can say that this German Chocolate cake was the most authentic you'll find in the greater Lansing area. The staff is very professional, helpful, and pleasant. They delivered the cake to my front door at no extra charge and took precautions such as a "no contact delivery." Their prices are reasonable, and moreover, less expensive than their competitors.

I ordered molasses cookies and was very pleased. They were fresh and wrapped to stay fresh and survive mailing. My sister said they were very good also. Our mother use to make these growing up. I was sceptical to order cookies but not now from this bakery.
