I was a little skeptical about this place due to the mixed reviews but I've been pleasantly surprised! Although the wait was fairly long (around 10 pm the wait was approx 20), the employees were on top of everything and the food was great!!

This is by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Me and my brother and sister went there last night and they said we had to order online, a lady went in there and they took her order in there, plus a bunch of kids went in there and they got theres taken to. They just didn’t want to make 4 meals but either way if i was you people id stay away and go someplace else.

I keep trying to give this restaurant a chance and yet again they failed. I usually place my order through Uber Eats. This time I chose to go into the restaurant thinking I would get a better outcome and I did not. I waited for almost an hour for my food and when someone finally helped me the order had been sitting there. All of the other orders were yelled out by name, mine was just placed on the shelf to get cold. Please do better Wing Stop.

I walked in and waited in line for 10 minutes and didn’t have a worker take my order or even address the fact that I walked into the store. Very disappointed with the customer service. I had to get an employee’s attention to even ask about my order.

This is by far the worst experience I have had. I ordered catering and was missing part of the order and when I called they told me to come pick the rest of the food up. I was already back to my destination. I asked for a refund of the missing food and the manager got very sassy and then never sent the refund. Weeks later I need a receipt for the food I ordered (I don't even care about the refund anymore because I know they are going to give a hard time about it). I asked several times for them to email me my receipt and they can't even do that. I spoke with the manager on the phone and she hung up on me. Extremely disrespectful.

Food was amazing, hot and fresh. Great flavors! I got the Voodoo fries, corn fritters, bone in wings and chicken strips! Everything was beyond satisfying. I could not be happier with my meal.

I will NEVER return. I ordered 10pc bone in half lemon pepper half no sauce. The Cajun corn and fries. I asked the chicken be extra crispy. The chicken was NOT extra crispy, kinda soggy in fact. The corn was COLD! And the fries were also soggy, not done and greasy. Terrible!!

The wings had decent flavor, tried the mild and also the garlic parmesan. However, they were sitting in a pile of grease and the fries were very greasy and terrible tasting, I could not eat them. That was my first and last time going there.
