I met a friend here because the kitchen is open until 10:45, and we were hungry. Had the duck fat fries (which were the best item of what we had) in addition to the deviled eggs and a pizza. They kill you with add-on charges (over $1 for a side of ranch or garlic sauce for example, plus more to sprinkle a little cheese on the fries). The deviled eggs had a very odd chemical taste to me, which I think had to do with the mustard used. The pizza we had, which was some prosciutto and habanero cream combination recommended by the chef was nothing special. The atmosphere is good, and even better when the patio is open. Don't expect a good value for either the food or the drinks when you come here though...

Wednesday night karaoke is great! The food is awesome, including pizza. During warm weather, the patio is open, which has loads of seating.Parking: The parking lot goes around three sides of the building that is Cosmos Pizza and Zoobie's bar.

The service was incredibly, Kayla and Sonia were wonderful. The drinks were decently priced and Michigan made. Absolutely love the 100+ year old wall paper behind the bar as well.

I really like the vibe of this place. I absolutely love their popcorn. I absolutely HATE all the gnats. This is my third time here within a year and the gnats are bad! Good beer selection and the service has always been pretty good.

Fiancé and I split a pizza every time we come and enjoy the drinks as we chat. For the two of us, it’s a good excuse to get out and try something different. Also, the donuts holes are delicious.

Great pizza that is best eaten when fresh. Great old school vibe. Only thing keeping me from being a regular happy hour customer is the terribly uncomfortable wooden barstools at the bar. Jeez opeets, step your game up!

I went to Michigan State and worked in Lansing for a few years after. When I was local, I visited this place every few months with friends. Now that I am not local, I come back here every time I’m in town.Zoobies is one of those rare bird restaurants - the music isn’t too loud, there’s usually not some crazy wait time, the wait staff is kind, and the food is ALWAYS good. I highly recommend the Bosc pear pizza and the duck fat truffle fries. They also have my favorite cocktails in Lansing, though my last few visits I’ve gone with the “trust us” because then I don’t have to make a decision! Never fails.

I absolutely love this place. We've come for The Cosmos (kitchen), which absolutely top notch! But, Zoobie's is a perfect match. Tonight, we enjoyed 2023 Bourbon County to compliment the Stuffed Corn Fritters, Caprese Bruschetta, and Fried Goat Cheese Salad.

Really good pizza!

This place got great reviews so we decided to try it last Sunday. Got a pizza and some beer. There wasn't anything particularly compelling on the draft list, though if you like cocktails there seemed to be a variety of craft/hipster types. The pizza was mediocre, left a bit to be desired. The toppings were stingy considering the price we paid. The atmosphere seemed really awkward/quiet but that might be down to our waitress. She seemed super unfriendly and unwilling to say anything but one word questions and replies, acted like we were an inconvenience the whole time. Not a place I'd go back to.Kid-friendliness: No.
