Cost too much money for the food and there's nothing fast about it they normally make you go and park and a spot and then they'll bring it to you and they charge an arm and a leg it'll cost you roughly $60 to take five people out that's a restaurant not fast food you could take your family to Texas Roadhouse and meet a good dinner for that price

I am not sure what happened to this store. In the last I would say year it's gone incredibly downhill. I used to praise this store now I would rather go anywhere else. It's convenient I can't leave a comment on their actual site as I am sure they receive nothing but poor

The workers at this location are absolutely phenomenal. I ordered and payed for a double quarter pounder and received a single. I called to let them know the mistake and was offered a free double quarter pounder. Can't complain about that but when I got to the speaker I was asked if I wanted to order anything and ended up with a free medium shake thrown in as well. Talk about making it right. They have gained loyalty from me and I will make this particular location a regular stop any time I'm in town, which is often. Thank you all of you workers for your caring generosity.

Look at your reviews. Get someone who wants to work because at this point. Corporate is to blame. I've been here 5 years, and the store has been awful the whole time. Jackson residents really have a conversation about what McDonald's they are going to as long as it's not this store. They even rate them among themselves. Lol, that's horrible

The worst coldest burger and Fry's I ever had and when called they said it was cooked to order I live a block away how could it be cold dry and nasty my dog wouldn't even eat it in a block away
