Only good thing here is that it's suppose to be 24/7. But what's the point when the dam employee will stop everything and make costumers wait at 1 AM so he can fill the doughnut shelf up! Those doughnuts won't go bad if you stop for 10 min to serve costumers instead of making them wait over 30 min. 0 costumer service. The guy can't even speak English to understand not everyone can wait 30 min for you to do you job.

Place is very clean, but a little dark inside; like some lights were off. But the guy behind the register was very nice and well mannered greeted us as we walked in, and I couldn't make a decision on the milkshake so I just asked him what would he chose. He chose the Cookie Monster ice cream, I'll admit it was pretty good. But overall I really enjoyed it and will be coming back.Parking: Medium sized parking lot roughly 30 available spots.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to get into the building and has wider lobby doors to accommodate for chairs.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.Ordered 2 double scoop items withtopping. The store was out of the icecreamflavor ordered so the dasher called to seeif I wanted a substitution. After gettingthe substitution request the worker at BRwas really RUDE to the doordasher,ignored her then denied the substitution (iwas on the phone the entire time). This isnot fair to the doordash employees formerchants to be rude to them and ignorethem when THEY allowed an out of stockitem to be purchased. This merchantshould be ashamed of themselves and iwish the door dash worker would have gotthem individual name who was rude tothem.

The ice cream here is never frozen to the correct temperature. It is always too soft. I kept thinking there is a freezer problem. Haven’t gone in months because of this. Stopped by tonight… same thing.. soft mushy ice cream…

Went to get an ice cream with my mom at around 1030 on Sunday 8/14 and worker was very rude. All I asked for is a sample and he refused to wait on me and took people who had just walked in before me. He has broken English I didn't understand at first I thought I was misundersood him but then it was clear that he didn't want to wait on me. Mind you it's 1030 and not busy and I was refused to sample anything... I wanted to try something I never had a peach ice cream. I just don't understand how rude he was or why??? It hurt my feelings and ruined my night!! Also was my first time at a baskin robbins and this totally ruined that for me!!! Never have I been treated this way!! He literally said bye and I calmly asked wait why??? Like tell me why I'm in tears right now.... This really shook me all I wanted was an ice cream.

I asked for a sundae no nuts. The lady helping me gave me nuts anyway. When I told her she scrapped them off and there were still nuts. I emailed customer service they texted and just asked what happened and said they will look into it and please continue to be a customer there. I’m never going back!
