Just ordered a pizza at 11:30 was charged over the phone they said 35 mins it’s 1:00 am they won’t even answer the phone I could have just ordered somewhere else if they could have just said no we don’t want to serve you

Ordered pizza for delivery at 6:15 pm said it would be delivered at 6:47 pm. At about 7:05 pm started calling to see where our pizza was no answer. Called about 20 times no nobody picked up. When we ordered online we were charged right away. Went to the location at 7:40 my daughter has photos of the guy at the location picking the phone up and hanging up on customers. They said they didn't have anything for us but yet my ring door bell went off and our pizza was finally delivered 2 and a half hours after the promise time. Ridiculous will never order from Cottage pizza in Lincoln Park ever again.

ZERO! Over and over again I gave them chances and I know the old fool me once saying. But F this place! Time and time again they can't get a simple order straight like garlic dip??????? Are you kidding me?????? The pizza dough was also over cooked or old or whatever. Do not go to this location! I'm done with dump forever. Ordered on 2/29. Last time.

I made a Create your own Deep Dish pizza with my wife, some really odd combos, and the way this turned out is absolutely stunning. This pizza is so incredibly good, I will NEVER go to another pizza joint, ever again. Cottage Inn pizza is my GOTO FOR ALL MY DEEP AND LUSCIOUS PIZZA NEEDS! Great Job guys!!!!

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION WHEN ORDERING AT THIS PIZZA PLACE. THIS STORE HAD ADVERTISEMENT ON THE THE WINDOW FOR $7.99 WITH 1 TOPPING FOR A MEDIUM PIZZA. THIS IS WHY I STOPPED HERE. I ORDERED THAT AND SOME BREAD. ONCE I GOT TO MY CAR I LOOKED AT MY CHANGE AND NOTICE IT WAS SHORT. I WENT BACK IN AND TALK TO THE SAME GUY WITH THE TATTOO ON HIS FACE THAT TOOK MY ORDER AND EXPLAINED HE OVERCHARGED ME. HE STATED THAT HE WAS SORRY BUT MANAGEMENT SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN TOOK THE SIGN DOWN BUT THEY FAILED TO DO SO. I ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT AND HE ASK ME HOW DID I PAY. I STATED BY CASH HE STATED HE COULD NOT PRODUCE A RECEIPT BECAUSE I PAID CASH WHICH DID NOT MAKE NO SENSE. HE NEVER OFFERED ME NOTHING BUT A SORRY. We went on Christmas Eve after church it was one of the only places open n they were busy. But I placed my order arrived kinda early to pick it up there were only 2 people working and they were kind n fast the place was clean. I had no problems at all the pizza was AMAZING.

Ordered a 2 topping pizza and a order on inn Stix my 1 year old daughter, husband and myself all got food poisoning and when calling to report it I was told by the manager that it was impossible for us to have gotten as well as if we ordered a gluten free pizza then it could have been possible to get food poisoning. He made no sense and was not trying to make it right. I most definitely don’t recommend going to this location.
Awful service, they will place you on hold and never return back to the call. I was on hold for 30 minutes until hanging up. Don't bother with this place.

On New Year's Eve, I ordered the 6-inch turkey sub. It was a very dry piece of bread that resembled a hot dog bun. Very disappointed. It has 2 little pieces of lunch meat turkey and a bunch of lettuce thrown on it. All this for almost $8.00. Never again.

Ordered from this location on 12/30/23 a large antipasto salad and an order of cheese bread Got home the salad was Tiny not even big enough for 2 people I called them asked me the order # and told me to hold on and hung up on me I called back no answer very disrespectful yall lost a customer damn
