Ordered one small twist w/ sprinkles in a cup and one medium twist w/ extra sprinkles in a cup, they clearly both had the exact same amount of sprinkles which wasn’t much. Asked for the extra sprinkles and after they closed the window to debate with each other she said I would need to buy extra for $1.50, the amount I got was already extra. I watched her measure the little spoon and flatten it out for my $1.50 worth. ?

Very bad service, they overcharged me and when I returned to tell them with my receipt in hand they got defensive saying that they never have mistakes. It is the second time they have done it

Horrible customer service. This is suppose to be a blizzard with extra snickers. Refuse to refund my money. Isabella needs to be retrained.Update: spoke to the manager, Alicia. As soon as I spoke she was combative and condescending. She basically told me if you are unhappy with your product their store will not fix it if they believe it was made correctly.

I ordered a banana split and asked if they could leave out the pineapple and instead give me only hot fudge and strawberries and she said no problem and repeated it back. She said i would have to pay extra for hot fudge because they make it with chocolate syrup and I was fine with it. I picked up at window and she placed in bag so I didn't really see it before I left. I get home and there are pineapples in it and chocolate syrup! I decided to call to see if they could give me some kind of credit for the next time I go there. After picking out the pineapple and eating the rest of it, I called and they said they could not give any kind of credit! The girl even asked the person who made it and she admitted to making it wrong!! Wow! That is terrible customer service!!

The manager, Alicia is very condescending and combative. she trains her young employees to be the same way. I would not recommend spending your money at this location. There are two other Dairy Queen’s in a 3 mile radius that have way better customer service and cares about the product they are serving. (Thanks Alicia for this recommendation) Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority at this location.
