I waited so long the ice in my Dr pepper melted. I ordered "steak" bagel meal. I could have gotten a meal at a Coney Island for the price and for how long I waited. Ridiculous. The service was non existent tbh. Food was cold obviously. Just go all the way to melvindale if you want decent service.

The service here is terrible. I placed an online order. Pulled off noticed my pies were not in the bag… I come back and was informed they were out of them and just decided to not mention that when i got my order. And then I get home and I look at my triple cheeseburger that was supposed to be plain and it has everything on it. So I try and call up there… 9 times. Finally answer. And I’m told they can’t replace the order because it’s my fault and it was rung up wrong way. Which is not true. They are just very incompetent there. I do not recommend going there especially at night

I can't believe how much an ice cream sundae is now!!! It's as much as dairy Queen if not more...for two hot fudge sundaes and a plain ice cream in a cup it was almost 9.00$ but it's higher in price everywhere you go now so I suggest to get the McDonald's app it will save you some money.

Went inside,self service only,went to drive thru,cashier didn't pay attention that gave her $23 for $12.48 bill. Tried to give me just 52cents when I explained what I paid her. She couldn't figure the correct change.. I ended up with $10.12 instead of $10.52. no manager ever came out to correct the issue.
