Taqueria El Paisa is a good spot to grab some tacos! The asada was tender, and easy on the spices. The chicken taco was tender, and a little more flavorful. They rice and beans were good, they have a vast menu if you're looking for something other than street tacos. It's conveniently located on Fort Street & Southfield Rd, so it's an easy in and out. Park behind the restaurant & go in back door!

Ordered 2 steak and 1 chorizo taco and a super steak quesadilla. Paid $18... Steak tacos were ok, not very seasoned and chorizo had a very big chewy piece that was inedible and I had to spit out and tortillas were falling apart. Steak quesadilla was better than the tacos but my complaint was that it was not enough meat in it at all, very VERY skimpy for about $9... for that price I would have gotten something else. (There was more meat in my tacos and those were skimpy too) I like their hot sauce but that's about it... After eating all the food I was still hungry. I don't know if it was an off night but I don't think i would be returning. I wanted to like the place but it's a pass for me especially with it being my first time here and Mexican is my favorite food..

Had an unfortunate experience today. Normally, this is my go to place for a botana. I have been ordering a botana with chips on the side for years (I don't like soggy chips) and today I was told they "never do that." Apparently, I'm a liar. Also, I'm allergic to tomatoes, and even though I asked for no tomatoes on my botana, I got them. Guess I'll find another place for botanas.

If I could give this place zero stars I would this place has great food but because the service sucks and employees never want to answer the phone I will not be going back I've tried three times now on different days to give you guys another chance but forget it

Haven't been here In awhile. Looks like I won't be back. Ever. Ordered large chimmichanga dinner got a regular size burrito shell ground meat inside barely.. small ice cream scoop of rice ... two table spoons of beans . REALLY.. ? Was not even fried chimmi. Was soggy no cheese never waste my money here . Save yours. Never again... bad business... does not even taste like Mexican. This is garbage . So wrong . I should if checked it before I left. I would have not taken it.. just garbage.

Ordered a botana and it came with no cheese... no avocados...no jalapenos...no olives...no onions. Does that sound like a botana? The chips were old and the chorizo was burned. Used to go here a lot and it's been awhile because the last time it wasn't good but finally gave it another chance. Never again.
