It was 10:45pm not that late and my family and I just got done with the laundromat, didn’t have time to cook so we rushed to find an open fast food and it was this Wendy’s we found. I wish would’ve kept driving. When we pulled up to the speaker they said “we ain’t got nothin! No product” but took our orders and the next day we had bad food poisoning. Throwing up constantly, stomachs hurt and bubbly. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.

The WORST customer service I have ever received in a fast food establishment. Who ever lamonte is? which he is NOT the manger when I politely asked to speak with a manger he got so furious with me saying he was the manger then switched and said I couldn’t speak with a manger and hung up on me Mind you I just wanted to correct my order and he took it left with his attitude and made his self and this establishment look BAD and GHETTO. If I were YOU go to the Wendy’s on Goddard, they are always polite and make sure your orders are correct And fresh. ?

My siblings and I went up for breakfast, as we were ordering she was rushing and being very dismissive. Then she was like “hold on” and we waited about a minute, then we had to repeat our order twice and she had a rude tone. Then we were told to pull to the side door. We waited and when our order arrived my brother saw the top food my French toast sticks on the top with a red hair that looks like it was purposely placed, we’re all brunette. Then he went inside and they were very rude as well, then they started making fun of my brother in the back yelling “this ain’t no red hair” etc. never again.,worst customer service ever I’ll never get breakfast from Wendy’s again because of this experience. Now I’m afraid to eat the rest of my food. The Wendy’s was not even packed we were literally the only people in the drive through, even after that we were still being polite.

Food was actually really fresh and tasty. Fries are good... Servers are friendly, polite and helpful. They get your order right and quickly. Only thing that was bad was some of the fanta flavors in the gimmicky multi flavor coke fountain machine was empty.

There rude,order from there 2 different times and received the wrong order & when I called to tell them they told me there not about to keep replacing my order and to bring the burger back after I told them I'm on my way to work, don't have time to bring it back & was told she couldn't do anything about that!!!
