I hate this place and I won’t be returning after today. I’ve gave this place too many chances and my food is always nasty or the wrong order. I was sitting waiting on my food and they let it sit there and get cold and didn’t let me know my food was ready. I would rather travel to another wingstop.

The wings are great... The fries not so much.. the flavor to the fries is a salty sweet which isn't bad I think it's good. The problem is the fries are never done and seem to be soggy every time. Which I might add I eat there a lot and never had a crispy batch of fries ever. Not one. The last batch was awful the fries were brown and disgusting.

You guys need to be better on other people timing . I called in for a 10 piece they told me 20 minutes ( mind you i am on a unpaid work lunch break ) i run to the gas station grab a few things then sit in the wingstop parking lot for a extra 5 minutes. i go inside just for them to tell me they didn’t put the order in . i already waited an extra 15 minutes once i got there. I didn’t get anything to eat. Do better . I just wasted my break waiting for you guys when the order was never even put in the first place.

Ever since I went to wingstop I have always gotten ATLEAST one ranch that comes WITH your 10 piece CLASSIC chicken order. My meal was supposed to be just $12.29 cents with one what was supposed to be one free ranch. I literally had to pay for the one ranch that’s supposed to be given WITH my food order and I offered to pay for two extra but got charged for THREE. I’m just so upset because it’s like are you kidding me have some decency I was a regular here and I’m such a chill person but for someone to literally not even give the one ranch to come with the meal just ticked me off. I paid $6 just for 3 ranches that one was supposed to come with my food. Pretty much my order for my chicken was half as much as I paid for just ranch. Places need to start being a little more personable to there regulars. I won’t be coming here anymore.

Listen, if you like waiting or just don’t have anything to do. This is the place to order. They are insanely slow. I think sloths move faster. If you’re on lunch I don’t advise you to waste your break WAITING for food. It’s just insane !! I tried to call ahead. An got left on hold. It’s just best if you go to another

Placed order at 2:56 online. With a 33 to 38 minute wait. Didn't get my order until 4:33. The fries are cold and the order is wrong. They need to give people the correct wait time.

Absolutely love there wings however the wait for food is 15-25 minutes I understand workers shortages but when you pre order 34 minutes ahead of time on line and I still waited 21 minutes in the store when I arrived with 5 people in the store what's up with that???
