After 15 minutes of standing at the register someone finally acknowledged my existence and took my order only to tell me it was going to be another 15 minutes before my Hot N Ready was ready and the 2 people behind me heard that and just walked out..As far as customer service goes this place lacks!! It wasn't to busy for them to be considerate of other peoples time..

We ordered tonight and the pizza was terrible. It wasn't cooked all the way. I specifically ordered because my daughter wanted it. She bit into it and said Mom, I think they forgot to cook it, it's very chewy. In all honesty it was worse than frozen pizza. Terribly disappointed.

Order an extra most bestest and two breads said it was a four minute wait I said OK I am at this point the only one in the store eight people come in and out over 20 minutes later I’m the last one in the store and they finally gave me my food they were giving free bread out to people that had to wait which is fine except for I’m waiting for bread and they’re just giving it away instead of giving me my order now I’ve received my pizza and it’s way over cooked from sitting in the burners for so long. It’s nasty one by $16 later I got one by the pizza garbage.

They say they close at 10 on a Friday which is super early by at like 9:35 they were close. Tried to call earlier and thought they were just busy… nope just not answering the phone.
This place has a broken sewer line between the walls connected to the golf business and it is seeping into the restaurant , they are mopping it up and are not fixing it anytime soon ! Beware !

We haven't been able to order since they did a online/app change. It's an 3rd party affiliate change, we are 3 miles away? It's apparent either corporate or local management unaware or don't care. Businesses in Fenton will deliver through 3rd party out to Linden. (Applebee's)So it's Hungry Howies tonight, they deliver and it's fast. Fyi: Have told staff, but they are kids.

Kinda wonder what happened to the manager Cassie she was great never a complaint. We are usually in and out This last Friday we came in the bread was kinda burt and hard. The pizza was sloppy like they put extra sauce on it.We will be back everyone has a bad day sometimes but there should be some sort of rotation when it gets busy to help the front counter people.
