Great dinning experience and wonderful food. I love the fact that i also get to support students as they are getting hands on experience in their career path. The dinning room is also lovely and welcoming. I will certainly be coming back more often.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the American Harvest lunch experience, but I wanted to check it out. I was surprised by the level of professionalism across the board at the school restaurant. My server was delightful, the food was really good, and the space was clean and modern. We are planning to go back for the dinner experience soon.

This time the service was very nice and attentive. Jessica was entirely pleasant and smiled a lot. The food was tasty and looked pleasing. I have note that the pricing is a bit too high for the main dish. Good choice of deserts.

We had the opportunity to dine here 2 weeks ago and it was fabulous!!! The remodel of the facility is beautiful!! The lady who is in charge of the student servers is absolutely lovely! The food was outstanding and the service was excellent!!!

The dining experience at American Harvest is unique because the culinary students at Schoolcraft College are unique! Their attention to details of serving the table, preparing the food, and plating the desserts made us feel so special. The desserts are works of art!

Overall very nice! The portions, I have to say, are getting smaller... the salmon pie appetizer was very nice though. A bit confused about the dessert taste - crème brûlée trio looked very nice. Ginger and vanilla- very appealing, great flavor but definitely over-sweetened. The chocolate was my last one - and was definitely under on the sugar side. If there was a particular thought behind that - not sure. But looked stunning!

For our first time there, we very much enjoyed the food, the staff and the evening. Buffet style with some outstanding flavors, some good and a few that needed a little more work. We enjoyed talking to a couple of the chefs at table side, and definitely will be back and try different international cuisine. Thank You J & L

First time back since the VistaTech renovation. The restaurant is very elegant and spacious inside. Tables covered in white linen. The atmosphere is fine dining from the moment you arrive at the door! Our waiter Aidan did a great job serving us during lunch. My husband and I had beef tenderloin with fancy potatoes and asparagus! For dessert we ordered chocolate torte and cherry pie with ice cream. Hoping to get another reservation soon! Schoolcraft does an amazing job with the culinary arts program!
We were happy to experience American Harvest. The students who served us were fantastic! We were impressed by the food as well, especially considering the rotating menu and student chefs. We wished that the lighting was a bit more dim to make for a nicer ambiance, but that is a minor suggestion.

The menu changes everyday which makes this a great adventure. We had aiden as a waiter and he did a great job helping us make menu choices. The geek salad was delicious and the skirt steak was cooked to perfection. Prices are reasonable. The service was top notch. Aiden was very attentive. The bread with two different types of butter was a great starter. The best marketing plan is to have you walk by the desert table before being seated. It worked. We all had dessert despite being satisfied with our meals. Great service. Good portions . Appropriate prices. Can't beat it. Have the managers come around and check on everything was great. They were genuinely invested in the place. I felt welcome. I wish the reservations didn't fill up so fast however that's an indication of how great this place is.

We had an excellent lunch at the American Harvest. The gumbo soup was delicious. My husband had the squab and I had the roast skirt steak. Both were cooked perfectly and looked and tasted great. For dessert he had the bananas foster cooked table side and I had the chocolate passion fruit. Yum!! Perfect dining experience. One of favorite places to dine!
