Service was awesome, we were greeted and seated punctually, staff service polite, quick and the food was HOT. You can get two full meals and salad ( fresh and crisp ) for less than $30.00. Location is short on help and the service/food really slow. Ordered classic combo appetizer. It came out 45 min from ordering it and it was cold and missing condiments. Ordered drinks from bar which also took 45 min to get. Kept being told she'd be right back with them.Basic things like pop, water silverware, plates etc that were either ordered or asked for came a few minutes before the appetizer. Had to ask 3 or more times for these things. I get being short staffed and busy but the amount of times you had to ask for the same basic things with the time to get the stuff was ridiculous to say the least!It took 30 plus min to get the dinners and one of the dinners was wrong all together. Again no rush to get that replaced on a timely manner!The whole experience sucked and doubt I'll return to this location and would advise everyone Else to sell a better place to eat.Management has lost control of this place and it shows.Parking: Location of restaurant makes parking difficult to park. Good portion of parking spots are setup for curbside pickup, carry out and handy cap. Shared with other stores, so get ready to walk.

Love the manager, Shay (hope I spelled it correctly)!!! My order wasn't prepared as requested; however, she made sure that it was corrected and made me whole. This is what customer service is all about! I was initially very disappointed because I was so looking forward to enjoying my meal, but how Shay handled the situation demonstrates accurately her integrity and professionalism as a manager. I typically go to another Applebees but will consider this my Applebees moving forward. Thank you, Shay, for restoring my hope in effective, caring, and compassionate management and customer service, which appears to have been locking post COVID.

I'll start off by saying that Applebee's in general is a 3.5-3.7/5 in my opinion. Never bad.Now, this location specifically, is a joke. We (my daughter and I) walked in and we were told it would be a 15 minute to 20 minutes wait. Not a big deal, it's busy. Half the sections were closed due to short staff.Things happen. However, when my daughter and I sat down next to the lobby to wait. They told us we couldn't sit down. The "lobby" was full. Literally just a few spots for people to sit. So we sat at an empty section that was in arms length of the so called "lobby".And they were quite rude about it which I don't understand. I was understanding about them being busy and understaffed. We walked.Avoid this location as it's in a really busy part of town that's frustrating to drive to. Go to the "other" Applebee's instead.We went next door to MOD pizza. Pretty good pie!

This evening my girlfriend and I stopped into Applebee's. The bartender was very rude The service was horrible. And took a very long time. There was only about 11 people in the entire restaurant. This was towards the end of the night but still a few hours before they closed. I was not rude to start this interaction off. we waited for a long time for our salads to come out No big deal it happens, but at this point she comes and tells us our appetizers are going to be a little while because our artichoke dip was still frozen, I wasn't quite sure what to say about that I just said okay. We waited 20 minutes I asked the lady in these exact words. " So what's up with that appetizer" her reply was snippy And she said" I told you it was cold" I was trying to ask her how long it was going to take and she turned around and walked away from me in the middle of talking and into the back. So I politely asked one of the other waitresses if I can speak to a manager. I spoke to the manager Shay and she was nice. She said she'll have a talk with her at the end of the night. She gave us a little money off the bill. And then we decided to just bring our food home and eat. The manager did a good job of de-escalating the situation but seriously this day and age and for the price of everything these days, there is no reason to be rude to anybody. Your bartender represented your company horribly this evening.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Applebee’s in Livonia Michigan, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. MANAGER Grant’s warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made the evening memorable. The food was exceptional each dish was expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Thank you Manager Grant!!!!
