Our experience was fantastic. The owner recognized us from a discussion we had years before. Sha checked on us as we had our meal to ensure we were having a good experience. This is the only Big Boy we'll be eating at as long as their management has this wonderful owner.

I appreciate this location of Big Boy and can endorse them as a business. They have very friendly staff and the place is always clean and bright. I've had the unfortunate experience of getting a little icky after eating here the past two times, but in all honesty I don't think the kitchen is bad. I think my stomach just can't handle the extra oils and butters they use to cook. It's not exactly a healthy meal, but it won't stop me from coming in the future for some breakfast and kind service!

French fries were just above raw. Should of gone to Mc D for a $12 sandwich and ff .slim jim okI worked at a BBoy (Farmington/8 mile while in high school)1990.Whow how quality has changed. We took pride in the food we served. It may have been years ago but have been back in one since.This has been the worst yet.No wonder they're all closing.
