I had gotten a bragel, cookie and coffee and patiently waited for them to make my bragel. I work in food too so I am very understanding. I had just gone up to the counter politely after some time to ask and remind them about the bragel just in case they had forgotten, which there was no issue there. I was just wondering. The issue is when the girl with glasses literally threw my bagel across the counter when she was done making it, it almost slid off the counter onto the floor. Then she goes “there’s your ham and cheese bagel” like thanks??? I said my thank you and walked away but the more I think about that moment the more it irritates me. Girl with glasses idk your name and I never write reviews like this but fix ur attitude because it’s not cute. No one was rushing you

I love to work inside of a quiet, low key environment. This location offers that. I love that they have dairy free milk and vegan syrups. My favorite is an Iced Nutty Butty, light on the syrup, with coconut milk.

I went in and paid for a large butterbear over ice. They handed me a medium. They realized the mistakes and then instead of remaking one they just poured the medium drink into the large cup and added milk. So when I got it it was literally straight milk and they did it right in front of me and could care less. When I asked them to fix it they told me I needed to pay for another one. Then. I will not be coming back and I am reporting it to the better Business bureau.

I went in this morning and paid for a large butterbear over ice. they made me a medium over ice, they realized it and they fixed their mistake but how they fixed it was to pour it in a large cup and just add a lot of extra milk. unfortunately when I got it I said hey I saw you just add milk to it then proceeded to taste it and it's just straight milk pretty much and they told me the only way to fix it is for me to purchase another one. I paid for a large butterbear and I got a large cup of milk. I have been coming here for years without any issues I'm very disappointed and more than likely won't be returning.

So much better than Dunkin or Starbucks. I am highly sensitive to caffeine and can only have decaf once in a while, so it's important I get what I order. They always nail it. Much appreciated. Their sandwiches are awesome too!Dietary restrictions: They offer multiple dairy-free milks as well as decaf.

The ladies working there yesterday was amazing! Very friendly and even helped me find a drink my 7 year old daughter would like and my favorite drink the German mocha frappe was delicious ?. Very clean bathroom ? ?? ! This was my first time at this location, I'll definitely be there again if those ladies are still there. I hope management sees this, they both deserve acknowledgement. I wish I knew their names. Great job ladies ??????
