The only downside was the staff not knowing about Gluten Free foods. I looked online and Bob Evan’s has a Gluten free menu. The staff just doesn’t know about it.Dietary restrictions: Bob Evan’s needs to train the staff on GF foods and get the menus

The food was great. Servicerneed a attitude adjustment, especially when being kind & respectful to seniors. I'm 71, disabled, and use a walker. This person affected the atmosphere, in my opinion. However I must say that the food was delicious. I tip my hat to the chief.Wheelchair accessibility: I came in with my walker & used it as my seat. Worked out real good.

This place will probably close down soon enough. There were only two other patrons when I stopped by for dinner. That tells you everything. The honey butter chicken breast dinner was awful. The chicken was rubbery. I imagine it comes precooked and frozen and they just pop it in a fryer. It was not edible. My scrambled eggs were flat, over cooked, and just tasteless. Would not return.

I ordered the turkey, dressing and mashed potatoes. The turkey was very dry and I think it was reheated in a microwave. The dressing was awful also. The wait staff never came back after delivering the meal. When I told the cashier I was disappointed he simply said sorry about that. I will not go back.

Waitress was rude to her coworker. When a waitress came up to take the drink order of the table next to ours, she told her to mind her business and that this was her table. The other waitress left. It was really odd.

I always really enjoy myself here. I've never had bad service or bad food ever. My daughter on the other hand loves seasoning a little too much so if your looking for your steak or chicken to taste flavorful this might not be your kind of place. It's alot of older people and families that eat here and everything can't be seasoned to perfection. I suggest you add your own salt but otherwise I have no complaints. Overall great service. ?

Carryout lady behind the counter (I believe her name is Wendy) was incredibly rude to my son. Upon entering the restaurant my son approached the counter and she said in a rude manner "go check the shelves before you come and talk to me". My son found the order and then had a little add on order for a side of sausage gravy. Again she was rude and my son was to the point of just walking out. Next time I will ask for the Manager. You should not be in customer service if you are going to be incredibly rude!

This location had a heating problem. Half of the restaurant had heat, and the other side was cold. The food was good.
The lack of workers contributed to the poor review. One person was working at the cashier counter, cleaning/clearing tables, taking orders, and washing dishes. One cook. My carryout was overcooked and beyond burn ( fried potatoes were black). I gave one star for the prepackaged banana nut bread loaf. It was the only food item that tasted good.
