With the prices they charge , if they run out of house bread, they should offer a subscription. Lasagna is better with bread.

I came here almost a year ago and finally have time to leave a review about this place. The owner sits at the bar and is very strange. Food is all microwaved and not fresh they cannot change anything from the menu because its all frozen garbage with pasta sauce thrown on top. If this place wasnt in livonia it would already be out of business

The food was phenomenal as always....So much flavor and the portions are obviously always huge....and as far as Customer Service I would like to give a shout out to Kat the Manager...She is incredible....So nice and outgoing and definitely went above and beyond to make sure my visit was a 10/10.....Hey Buca di Beppo give Kat a raise $$$.....She definitely deserves that and maybe a Company Car...ah hell throw a Vacation in there too...Thank you again Kat

My family has been having emergencies almost every other week. So.for the past mo we have depended on Buca Di Beppo for carry-out dinners for a dozen or more people every other day.Super grateful for the affordable pricing and delicious meals.Staff also was very cool. I wasn't able to pick up my order at the scheduled time and they held it for me.

I went here for a sports banquet and had a terrible time. They ran out of plates for us to use so we ate off of the big bowls of pasta that they gave us (the family share ones) and our hands. They ran out of silverware as well and I had to eat using used silverware from another table. I asked for a water and they said they ran out of cups too and told me they’d get me a kids cup. They never gave me my kids cup. They also ran out of every single pop that they offer besides root beer and water. Their spaghetti was very bland and watery from the pasta water. It had absolutely no flavor and was genuinely gross to eat. The parmesan chicken and salad were pretty good. Kinda sad that i had to eat the parmesan chicken off of my hands. The waiters never cleared any of the plates off of our tables either so our tables were stacked of plates for the entire time we were there/ Maybe it’s the fact that I was at a banquet but I think that if a restaurant is going to cater to such a large group of people at once plus an open restaurant for others, then they should have a staff that can handle it as well as enough silverware and plates.

Great food and the staff is great. You can tell they all work together very well and get along. The manager is very nice and sociable and came up to our table a few times during our meal and socialized with us. The food is good but the staff and the good vibes made the experience
