I would leave zero stars if I could. Meals ordered for pick up via the chic fil an app were not available upon arrival due to staffing issues. Apparently workers that make sandwiches and fries are ill equipped to make salads. The manager onsite was not helpful and did nothing to rectify the situation. No effort was made to compensate myself or other customers onsite for the inconvenience. Very disappointed with this location and their leadership.
Food was great and Racquell greeted my wife and I with the biggest smile and friendliest demeanor! Will definitely be back

My experience was normal for chik fil a. You can tell that they put an emphasis on hiring hospitable people. Only issue I had at this one is that they didn't really know what type of oil food is fried in. My daughter is allergic to nuts, so we asked what type of oil the fries were fried in. They say peanut oil. At all the other chik fil a's, my daughter is able to eat the fries but has to get grill chicken. That's why we ask. Maybe this one does its own thing. I was in Michigan, but I'm from Chicago.
I've ordered food from here a few times and usually have issues. Today has hit an all time low. I ordered a salad and received a bag of fries with a sticker on the bag for a salad and my name on it. Done with this store in particular, will NEVER order from here again.
