Vegetarian options: We ordered a vegetarian bowl for lunch, but they did not even prepare the fajita veggies. Ended up eating without any vegetables except corn. By enquiring about fajita veggies, they do not even want to make it. The chips we ordered was not even fried properly(half cooked). Other thing, this place is so busy and under staffed, waited for 15 minutes to order the food.

How can a place have so many consistent bad reviews, reply to those reviews and acknowledge them yet still remain so bad? Every time, and I mean 100% of the time, I go to this location they are out of Fajita veggies. I asked one of the workers once why they are always out and she said they take so long to cook that they don't have time to prep them in the mornings. Apparently they never get the time because they've never had them around dinner time either. You're lucky if the veggies are the only thing unavailable as many other items are often "being cooked right now". On top of that the place is always a mess. It seems everyone is so overwhelmed with their task at hand that they don't have time to grab a towel to wipe the counters. Now I'm home eating my burrito and I can't tell if they just dumped a whole jar of salt into the rice or if it was picked up as my burrito was dragged across the messy counter. I'd suggest to have the employees come in a half hour earlier to better prep the food for the lunch rush but it's clear nobody is doing anything about these reviews. Maybe the store manager should come in as a secret shopper so he could see how bad this place is being run. At least the employees were friendly.

This location is usually pretty busy but the line usually moves. The food was well worth it. Fresh and tasteful.Vegetarian options: I ordered a bowl with beans and all the fixins. Very tasty.
This chipotle is a joke. The employees are lazy and constantly close the store to online orders only because they don’t want to work and clean the store. Then you look in the window and they’re messing around on their phones. This has been the case for years! Lazy employees should all be fired and management/ownership replaced.
My first time ever having chipotle, and they were VERY BUSY, but all the staff member was on point, they got you want you wanted, they were super fast and friendly and it was very good and the portions were big, what should have been 1 meal turned out to be 3 cause of how they hook you up here. Will definitely be a returning customer.

It isn't authentic Mexican food, but I still love it! Always a free place to park. Vegetarian options are available. Personally, I love that I can pick my protein and toppings. Usually, I get the same thing, but from time to time, I will try their featured protein. To save time, you can place your order online and pick it up.

I have tried to purchase food from this location at least 5 times and each time there is an issue. 1 time they had no rice. 1 time they had no Carne asada and would not be cooking anymore that day. Today the front doors are broken, they are only taking cards or exact change. AS WELL ALL THE FOOD WAS AT THE BOTTOM OFF THE PANS AND NOTHUNG WAS BEING COOKED. Worst location ever.
