I got a Costco membership to lower my monthly car lease payments and for the membership perks. This is a very interesting place. You mainly come here to buy in bulk. They also have many unique finds you wouldn't find in other places. It is very busy, but luckily the check-out line moves quickly. The staff is very nice and accommodating! Costco is Meijer on steroids.

When my rebate check was damaged I went in store to request a new one. The customer service rep seemed uninterested in my needs, jotting down some notes on a sticky then without much interaction or instruction, she looks up at me and says "You're good.... ", set the sticky note down and walked away. That was about 2 months ago, so I contacted Costco Chat to inquire about my check. The employee at the membership desk never put my request in. (I sorta had a feeling she wouldn't, lol) It's rather unfortunate that the store keeps workers around that clearly do not want to fulfill their job-roles, rather collect a paycheck and go home.

The Costco cashier and supervisor in Middle Belt Livonia in Michigan was extremely rude and discriminator. she did not let me buy items with my sister because first she came claimed my visa was expired when I wasn't going to pay with the visa. She then say okay and still got the supervisor. The supervisor then said it's expired. we explained we're not going to use the visa to pay and then she said that's fine. When she rung everything she was extremely rude and mean. I can tell she racially profiled us based on the fact we wore scarves as Muslims. when she said what are we going to pay with, we said ebt. I am the cardholder and hold an executive card since 2014. She said my sister cannot pay with ebt since she dosnt have a membership. I am using my sister as a guest. Guests are allowed. She said I have to pay everything and then she has to pay us back for us to buy the items. she called the supervisor again and she was more rude. She said my sister is not allowed to pay with ebt since she doesn't have.the card but I am with her And I consented to let her. She continued on harassing us saying why cant she pay for a membership. She told my sister go pay for one like she has. my sister is a widow and cant afford it. She gets food stamps. there shouldn't be a problem if I am with her. i was having a panic attack and my sister almost fainted. I have been a Costco member for 8 years and never experienced this. I was extremely discriminate. please respond back because this is unprofessional and extremely racially motivated. I will never shop again at Costco. This is beyond crazy and disheartening!!

I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes. The lines are 20+ people deep with at least 50% of the cashier stations closed, meaning half the available lines are unstaffed. I had never been to this particular Costco before and doubt I will return.

So January 28th I was suppose to get my deep freezer.. their truck broke down and the logistics people were rude about it. They finally delivered on the 2nd of Feb. after complaining the room I wanted was in the basement… this is how I received it… dented….. I haven’t plugged it in as of yet because I have to wait until it settles. However, I do not appreciate getting dented items.

What in the world has happen to Costco ! I've been a member since 2004 and I'm about to end this membership. I was treated so rudely by staff today... Especially Frank the manager. He was so rude, how exactly do you think it's ok to be rude to a patron ? I'm disappointed in the staff at this location. But if the floor manager Frank is that rude, no wonder why everyone is in a bad mood.
