When there today for lunch order a hamburger with just ketchup on it and a small fries they told me to park and I sat there for 15 minutes so I went in the restaurant to cancel my order but there sitting on the counter was my order and when I got to work the screwed my hamburger up and it had everything on it I called the restaurant and still haven’t heard back from the restaurant this will be my last time going there

The poor staff is so disorganized.It took over 40 minutes longer than expected to get our online order.One of the staff put a stack of online orders under a printer and they were ignored.They discovered the issue but did not process the orders based on time ordered. Basically they gave orders our randomly.We had an order expected time of 7:48pm but did not get the order until 8:45pm.The food was good as expected but the wait was not.

Missing an order of fries when I got my take out order. When I called about it, manager Brian went well beyond to apologize and more than make up for the slight inconvenience. Also noticed how well he seemed to be treating his young workers. Well worth supporting.

When this place first opened we loved it. Service was phenomenal. Now it’s as if you’re inconveniencing them. We live right around the corner and my daughter loves it however we don’t visit much anymore. The manager Melissa is rude.

The gentleman running the front counter was amazing!!! He brought customer service back to light, in a time when customer service seems to be dead. The young lady that was running the store with him and claimed to be his boss Should take some notes from him. My kids enjoy our Friday stopping in for ice cream ? this guy made it a great experience. We will be back!
