Service and food here is excellent. Staff go above and beyond with orders and friendliness. Recent started gettting the lo mein and I don’t love it but everything g else I’ve tried is excellent!

Was not very good. Definitely underwhelmed. Would not go back. I am surprised by all of the good reviews. We got orange chicken, vegetable fried rice, and vegetable low mein. The orange chicken was just okay. The vegetable fried rice and lo mein both tasted either burnt or stale... not sure which one. The low mein had the skinniest noodles I have ever seen. They were both unappetizing. Everything was also slopped together. Very Big portions would have been a pro if the food was good. Would not go back.

As aforementioned, it's the best spot around for Chinese food. Whether I'm getting their almond chicken, vegetable lomein, soup, sesame chicken, their rice... it's always delicious. Whoever answers the phone is always polite and friendly. I appreciate them making the occasional days I'm not cooking at home, something to still look forward to.

Wife and I decided on caryout for our Chinese yen. Dale Yees on five mile and Merriman in Livonia filled the bill. We are long time patrons and are never disappointed. We ordered a large sweet and sour chicken with an extra side of sauce for tomorrow's dinner. They keep the chicken pieces separate from the rice and sauce which is very smart as it keeps from getting soggy. I had one delicious egg roll with dipping sauce. I doctor my chicken by adding some sweet onion slices as well as a chopped tomato. We had some leftover pineapple chunks which added more sweet to the savory. The order was ready promptly in 15 minutes and all this food only cost us 17.00 and change. Remember this is two dinners for two, it can't be beat! Support your local caryout restaurants and enjoy delicious!

A friend and I had lunch at Dale Yee's recently. All I can say is that it was average. There was nothing seriously bad about the food, but nothing memorable either. The restaurant is not very attractive on the inside. The food was average. The service was good.

This is my last order from this restaurant. The crab Rangoon tasted odd and the plum sauce was Himalayan pink. They somehow watered it down. I tried the egg roll which was dry. My dinner came without rice. Every single thing was way overcooked.

Food is definitely improving. Not quite the Dale Yee's of old (pre pandemic/ownership change), but getting there.Friendly folks, and fairly fast service. Would like to see the dining room come back 100%, but they seem to be working towards it.Eggrolls are quite tasty (very fresh today), and portions are generous.

I started going here when I was a little girl.... HOWEVER it was different owners .. unfortunately I did not know they sold a few years ago. I kept going excuses like... Hard to get help because COVID... Maybe their chef is sick..etc. TRUTH? NEW OWNERS and the food and staff are horrible. Tonight I ordered 3 chicken dinners, beef chop suey and wonton soup... Got home No egg rolls, one small container , as in for one dinner of rice, no soup .I called and the woman started yelling at me. No egg rolls you have to order WHAT? SINCE WHEN? OH I DON'T KNOW. YOU want soup? Come play me I will give you some. I ALREADY PAID YOU. Then? She hung up!!!! I went on line to the Livonia page and that is when I found out it is NOT THE SWEET WONDERFUL OWNERS of the past. I recommend you RUN don't walk away from this place!!!!

The usual place was closed. Thought I'd give them another chance. Got the sweet and sour chicken. Crisp plenty of chicken. Always wish I got more rice. Very tasty crisp and delious. The sauce is more of a pink and not the traditional orange sauce. Tasted just like the orange sauce. Got a good meal and didn't break the back. I'd go back. Give them a try.

Get ready to throw down when you go! This place hit the spot. I got the sweet and sour chicken and the sauce was the absolute best I've eaten. The rest of the group tried the Chinese spaghetti, broccoli beef and orange chicken. Every main dish was the right flavor. Even out fried rice had flavor. The selection has something for everyone. Portions are enough to share with the group and still have enough for yourself for the next day's lunch.

I'm not sure how this has a 4.1Everything thing I've had is the same color. And I'm talking, like six different dishes. Today I tried the chicken and broccoli. Again, gray gravy mush. And the rice actually tasted like dirt. I just don't get it.

As long as you are aware that you have to order carryout but then can sit down, all is well. Excellent food!
