My dad's favorite bagel in the whole world comes from this place. You can call ahead for big orders, so one day, I woke up early to call in an order of 18 onion bagels to be ready for pick up about 2 hours later. Not only was I shocked and energized by the happy staff on the phone and in person, but, the bagels were amazing as usual to top off the satisfactory customer experience I had. The bagels were then delivered and enjoyed a few hours later!
