“Such a beautiful store and the customer service is excellent! Everyone has been so nice on every encounter that I have had! So glad I found this place! The food and boba are AMAZING. All I will say is, you have to make sure you add the boba in your drink when ordering, because I didn’t know that the first time, I thought the boba drink came with boba ? and I got delivery the first time I ever tried this place, so I was very disappointed. But so happy I gave it a second try… funny enough… I still didn’t get boba the second time. I’m not sure if it was user error while ordering or if they forgot it but I have been multiple times after that and have made SURE that I chose boba and have had it in there ever since HIGHLY RECOMMEND“
“I’m not a huge donut fan, but Elias donuts has changed that for me. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff and offered a hot, fresh donut. It was so warm, fluffy and creamy. That one free sample converted me, and we ended up buying way more than we intended to. “Stellar service and amazing donuts! I placed an order here for Fat Tuesday about 2-3 weeks in advance for about 25 paczkis! They were one of the only places on metro Detroit to take preorder for smaller quantities. I was able to order online and they had all of the classics like lemon and strawberry but they also had innovative flavors like cannoli and apply pie! I ordered a variety and picking them up was a breeze! There was a short line and the staff worked hard to make sure everything was quick. The paczkis were a huge hit in my office and everyone loved them. I tried the cannoli one and it was 10/10 one of the best desserts I've ever had.“

And I think what set them apart from other donuts I’ve tried was that they were able to make something so delicious without it being super greasy. They were soft and fluffy, but also jampacked full of flavor.I noticed some reviewers have complained about not having full inventory - but they make a limited number of each, which reduces food waste and I’m sure helps with business costs. I applaud them for electing to run out of something before they decide to either sell old donuts or throw a bunch of food in the trash. When I went, there were a number of flavors sold out, but still a huge number of options. So maybe call ahead if you’re set on a specific donut or be adventurous, maybe be prepared to try different flavors, or plan an early arrival to catch full inventory, but definitely try them! Yum!“
