Pizza served to be completely raw. Dough was disgusting. Got my order remade and they have it to be burnt didn't feel like dealing with it again so I just threw it away. Servers were good though but the food was terrible.

I worked a security detail at the hotel that this restaurant is attached to. I wasn't able to eat here so I can't speak for the food. However, the staff was great and the whole place was extremely nice and super clean.

Very good for a hotel restaurant. Food prices are fair, but a la carte so expect a larger bill if you are looking for soup or salad with an entree. French Onion Soup is a find. It's deep and well seasoned with gooey cheese and croutons. Key Lime Pie is very good it's dense and decadent compared to the fluff others want to serve. Service is friendly and casual. My only complaint are the limited hours. As the only dining at the hotel, no lunch service is disappointing and dinner service doesn't start until 5:30pm, despite being shown as 4pm online
What a find! Generally don't expect from most hotel restaurants, but wow! The food is delicious. The staff at the bar was excellent! Jenay &Cheri were fantastic!! Jill is a gem and provided some of the best service I've had in years! We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

The service is good and I enjoyed the French onion soup but my rueben had Cole slaw and not sauerkraut was not to my liking. I give the staff 5 stars. But the "Boston" rueben is a 2 star.

Gander's is a restaurant in the lobby of the Embassy Suites. I ate there a couple of times while staying at the Embassy suites, when I did not feel like driving out for dinner.

Enjoy dishes such as Gander's signature BBQ grilled chicken breast, house-made flat-breads, burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads and so much more. The Gander's restaurant also offers a variety of alcoholic* and non-alcoholic beverages. During my stay I enjoyed the grilled portabella burger, which was a marinated portabella mushroom grilled, topped with sauteed veggies, provolone cheese. Served on a brioche bun. For desert I ordered the Michigan apple crisp. There online menu lends insight on the name of the restaurant, as well as the restaurants food offerings. "A Michi-gander is passionate about the state we live in. At Ganders, we are passionate about Michigan too! Our mission is to feature the best of what Michigan has to offer. Michigan grown, sourced and produced products are prominently featured on our menu that offers modern, American cuisine with a twist."
