I went in to purchase a smoked Turkey for my family for our Easter dinner and when I went to pay the clerk tapped my card I was highly upset! It's my option to tap my card and I asked her why she tapped my card she stated we always do that. Which is certainly not true. Honey baked is my go to place for the holidays. I'll think twice before returning not only because of this incident but the poor quality of the sandwich. It was dry and stale. Certainly not $9.99.

I cannot remember the last time I was in this location and I'm kicking myself because the Club Sandwich is so good. When you open the door, it smells so good inside, the woman working was so nice and welcoming and my sandwich was amazing. I'll definitely be back!

The email reminders where top notch and straight forward with barcode pickup made it easy breezy!I'm writing this review to give huge kudos to the staff at Livonia location. I was so impressed with their positive and helpful attitudes from the moment I arrived. The food is fantastic just long lines near holidays the wait sometimes I waited 1 to 2 hours Xmas thanksgiving etc but worth it just get there as soon as they open .
