I want to start by saying I particularly love IHOP, I visit different Ihop’s often. This time at the Livonia location my experience wasn’t exactly as smoothed as I had hoped for. Upon arriving I noticed a bunch of new people were being trained for seating and thus I felt ignored for a little bit when coming in as I had to wait for the trainer to finish their speech. We were then sat in a very openly active section in the restaurant. Our server bre was not only quick, she was very attentive and not to mention attractive. She took our order and made my mother and I laugh in the process. When our food came half of it was cold. Bree immediately help rectify the issue and after everything was fixed the meal overall was amazing. She offered my mother a senior discount and also advised of the loyalty program. Gold star for service. Even with a few bumps in the road I enjoyed breakfast in Livonia. Thank you so much bre we will be backParking: Parking all around restaurant, handicapped spaces available and a few slots for curbside pickup.

I loved the service from the host to waiter everyone did a wonderful job, but for a great place the dishes were not the cleanest. My plate and fork were badly stained with old condiments.

The only thing that was good was the young woman who seated us when we came in...food was extremely minimal...toast was dry as dust...my hashbrown patty was cold...I was extremely disappointed and will not be going back

35 minutes for drinks and an hour for food is insane. Had to call the manager while sitting at a table bc I couldn’t find anyone. After waiting so long the food wasn’t even made right. Haven’t been in years. Will continue not going.
Had a delicious breakfast on vacation at a location in New jersey. Had a craving and decided to try a location back home. Food was very lazily presented, no whipped cream, no chocolate sauce. And they went very slim on the chocolate chips. Needless to say this location fell short but atleast they killed my craving cuz I don't want more nor am I gonna be back. Mediocre, overpriced, lame. 0/5
Typical experience... waited longer than expected for food to come out. It's a healthy sized chain, so the food is pretty much to be expected. Struggled to keep pace with coffee drinking.

Great food and service! Best I've ever had at any IHOP, including this one! Everyone was pleasant and professional despite being super busy... our servers, Camryn and Jessica were both efficient and friendly! Kudos to Ashley, the manager, for managing so many young people, in such a positive way!
