It's been a few years since I've stepped foot into a Jimmy John's. With that said I'm so happy I did. I was amazed at the updating to the restaurant (Location Moved) and the menu changes. Of course the old favorites are still there along with a few new ones to boot. They have really wicked (good) sides and the chips are amazing. My sub was made to perfection and yes it was freaky fast and definitely freaky good. I would recommend Jimmy John's to anyone who wants a sub and has very little time to hassle around. Also remember to use the app. It saves big time and earn awesome rewards. Overall a positive experience the few times I've been back so I know it's not a fluke but truly an awesomely run and managed franchise.Vegetarian options: Most subs can be made meatlessParking: Large area for customers to parkWheelchair accessibility: They have handicap spots and ADA compliant curbs and doors

I needed to feed a large group of people with short notice. Talked to my delivery driver, and he gave my info to the store manager...2 days later, Chris got his staff into the store early and I walked out of the Plymouth Rd Livonia store at 11 a.m. with party boxes to feed 100 people! So thankful to Kahari (I hope I spelled his name right!) for hooking me up!Kid-friendliness: I asked for a small party box of "kid sandwiches", and got exactly that: bread with meat and cheese, just as ordered. Thank you!

I purchased a club lulu and pain 14 bucks for this sandwich and this is what I get SMH what a rip off for sure. Never again.
JJ is my go to spot, but the sandwiches here always taste so much fresher. Usually kids in the window and they're polite. They do get painfully busy on the drive through during lunch.. 15+ min wait, but the line goes around the building while others sneak inside so it's not like they aren't hustling.
