It was hair in my food that I bought on Jan 27,2024 it's now Feb 14 still haven't received my refund. I'm going to file a class action lawsuit

Went through drive thru. Young lady over the speaker didn't let me get a word in to say my order with interruptions.Then found at window, everyone is laughing and having a good time. Well, no focus. They forgot my chips. I had to tap on the window to get their attention. Then when I got home, the sub I ordered WITHOUT lettuce had a ton of Lettuce on it, not to mention the bread was rock hard. I don't usually have problems at this store, but new faces are showing that they are not focused on their costumers and their quality of food. Disappointed.

I guess closed at 9pm means that they close at 840pm. Logan called to tell me they were voiding out my order since it wasn't placed by 840pm. Wish the service at this jommy johns wasn't so poor.

Love the bread but they always missed something off my sandwich or if add a pickle I never get it or and no bag for your sandwich ?

I have always loved Jimmy John's sandwiches. They make my veggie sub to my liking every time. I did a phone order on Sunday, December 18th. Below is what was in my sandwich, as I bit into it.I was sick to my stomach. I am repulsed, disappointed and sick from this horrible experience.
