This is the only Jimmy John's I've ever gone to. I've been here more than a handful of times typically when I'm on the go and don't need a whole lot I will stop in for a slim Ham and cheese, and I add lettuce. Today the girl laughed and said no. I asked why and she says I literally cannot fit that on there and she laughs again. I mentioned briefly that I get it every time and she says again, no it's not possible.. Again, this is the only location I've ever gone to and I've gotten the same thing every single time. You can't accommodate me. I won't come back and especially if you laugh at me over a simple request.Now I have a pound of food here, and I'm going to eat some of it and throw it away since again. I'm on the go, and I don't want this much sandwich.

Service SUCKS. I live a mile away, and it takes them a hour to deliver...this is frequently. Bread is never fresh, the never get the order right....I will not be using them anymore. I will drive 50 miles out of my way to avoid this store.

This Jimmy Johns Is a favorite of Mine, and I order at least Once A week. Normally the sandwiches are made very Fast and are always delicious! The past few Times I’ve been, I always Mobile Order, and my order has been Messed up these past couple Times. I’ve Received an Xtra Mayo Sandwich, with Hardly any on it at all! The second time, the bread was Hard as a Rock. For how expensive the Sandwiches are and The normal amazing service, it’s been going down Hill.

This places service is ABSOLUTELY abhorrent. My friend filed a complaint against an employee for racist behavior, and the manager that took the complaint gave that employee their contact information. This is very upsetting, and if these two aren't fired soon, you will never see me step foot in another Jimmy John's location.

I called to complain about one of their workers being extremely racist online in a video, and the manager gave that employee my phone number so he could harass me. In giving him my phone number, the caller I.D. revealed my full legal name as well. I sat through being spam called by this worker for an hour about 20 times and when I got around to blocking him (I was cooking dinner with my fiancé) he chose to call from the store phone while on the clock to continue to try and harass me. He made sure to use my name to let me know he knew who I was, and with both a phone number and my full legal name I'm worried he could find out where I live as well. Very unprofessional. The police had to get involved. I don't even know if this can get resolved to a point where I will feel safe.

for one I am not from Detroit I live all in Romulus a stop did you guys store to grab me a sandwich so I can have to eat at work? I’m on my way to work got to work and I’m ready to dig and eat my food and I found here in my phone. I’m constantly trying to call the restaurant with the number that’s on the receipt and it seem like you don’t work because I was trying to report that I found here in my food and I’m at work so I’m not gonna spend some more money just buy me something to eat because I can I make it all way back to you guys this is crazy so you’re not have a phone at work or a number that work and we are calling and can’t get in touch with anybody. That is crazy. I would like my money back because it finally hear my food. I was disgusted.

Was 10:40 a.m. and I just sat in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes and nobody said anything. I pulled around to the drive-thru window and there's a dude just standing they're staring at me.
