Food is ok however pricing fraud was observed, I pointed this out to the clerk before paying and no actions were taken. After completing transaction I asserted a claim under the Michigan pricing act, I received a full refund. Ideally this would be reported to protect us consumers from unscrupulous business practices as observed at Jimmy John's

I'm so glad you got brownies they tasted good and were moist like I like them I don't care for your cookies they're too hard and they don't taste great so kudos to you on the brownies. I'd also like to see hot sandwiches and Oriental Thai type in wrap or bread to....

Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastes rancid as though it's been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful the staff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future.

This location is inconsistent with their sandwich making. Sometimes I get a well made sandwich and sometimes it's missing something we add. Almost always when I ask for extra pickles and tomatoes, I get less of both. Please suggest a way to ask for extra vegetables and actually get it.
