Very disappointed in the service I received on my wedding day. The initial experience was great. Communication was good in the beginning and the prices are fair. I chose this location off of the reviews and thought I would get excellent service like everyone else. Laura was very friendly, but the day off service was terrible. The caters we’re supposed to drop off the food and serving supplies at 4pm the reception started at 6pm. The first drop off they did not bring all the food or all of the serving ware. They also did not bring any burners too keep the food warm. My planner had to go out and purchase burners and warming sets for the other pans of food. We also had to wait for them to bring the rest of my food and serving utensils. We pushed the time back by 30 mins thinking that would be enough time because we was on schedule. We had to push everything back to 7:30 which caused us to be off schedule by an hour. The staff was coming in and out delivering boxes of the papers they forgot which at that point my planner solved that issue.The meatless Alfredo was super dry so all of those pans were wasted. The guest who didn’t eat meat was still hungry and my son. I lost an hour on my photo booth because when the booth opened we were eating so some of my guest that had to leave missed out on taking photos. The sad part is they asked if they could drop the pans and other items off the day before I said sure no problem. They only brought two boxes that was missing a lot. Thank god for my planner if I didn’t have one I could only imagine how that would have went. I reached out to the company expressing my Issues and concerns when we got back from our honeymoon and I haven’t heard back from them! No apology no nothing! This was one of the most important days of my life and this company did not deliver as expected!! The food was good besides the Alfredo.

We used Joe's Gourmet Catering for a Christmas Brunch, complete with omelette stations, crepe stations...They were so good! Our office was decorated beautifully with tablecloths and Christmas decorations. I would highly recommend them. Laura and her staff are terrific to work with!

Joe's provided appetizers, drinks, dessert, decor, and even tables and chairs for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing. Our venue didn't come with any type of wedding planner, and without Laura to help us through the process, we would've been lost. She essentially coordinated the entire timeline of the reception and helped keep all of us sane throughout the night. She and her staff were awesome and all of our guests raved about the food!

Joe's Gourmet Catering catered my daughter's bridal shower last month and I can not tell you how wonderful everything was. We decided to let Laura and her staff handle everything from the flowers to the cake. We chose the menu and the cake flavors of course, but I could not have been happier than to enjoy the event with no worrying about everything else. The food was incredible, the service was outstanding. We had all these mini bite sized desserts that were delicious and the pastry chef made the center pieces up as little bride & groom cake pops! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a caterer.
