When I stepped to the counter, a woman came around the corner and said "did you order?", in a dry, I don't care tone. I said no, to which she replied,"what you want"? I hadn't even looked at the menu yet, plus I was not greeted like other fast food establishments tend to greet thier customers. Before I could respond, she turned around and told the guy working the drive thru to come and take my order. It's amazing how an interaction with a nasty person can make the food taste just as nasty! Avoid this particular location(96 & Farmington) unless you are desperate or have absolutely no other options.

The customer service was horrible, the person who waited on me, greeted me with an attitude. I placed an order for the 3 piece chicken combo; the #8, original, white, with fries and mac and cheese, for my lunch break. The chicken was under cooked, with the skin coming off, and very greasy. I do recommend this location at all. There are safer options available to you.

Definitely pushes drive thru most. If you come inside for a mobile they will assume you are door dash and make you feel like less of a priority. I waited maybe 5 minutes more and they gave me extra stuff for the wait. Depends when and how you order honestly.

I am so thankful for Morgan and the staff at KFC tonight.She and the gentleman I spoke with a few times were very professional and helpful with my Uber Eats order. I am just glad they weren't mean and hateful as I've experienced that type of service across the board lately.Instead they went above and beyond to help with the delivery order I placed. She could have said, sorry I can't but she didn't. She said, what is the name on the order and I'll see that it's what you want. Calling back, I spoke with a young man who was just as accommodating. Thanks again! It meant a lot to not have a disrespectful attitude coming from a customer service person. As of late, great customer service is hard to find and it didn't go unnoticed!Order taken, corrected and delivered in record time! 10/10

It's up and down with this KFC. Had the spicey wings for 4.99 the other day they were delious. Today it was terrible. Terrible today means dry, definitely been in the heating oven too long. Not a great experience. And with this being said. I'll be spending my money at Famous Recipe down the street in the future. Sry KFC I've been burned too many in the past at this joint. But they're are days that it's been good. Just not today.
