The food was fresh and omg the soup was SO GOOD. my husband had the club sandwich and fries. Our friend had 2 2 hot dog meal and 2 med chef salads for work. We also ordered a fish dinner. Everything was good. And the quiet of soup was in a container the soak through for the lid. In my opinion the Soup should be in a plastic container. The service was excellent. And besides the soup container issue the only other problem we had was a order of fries was missing. I could not return to get the fries so they were kind enough to hold onto my receipt and I can come back within 30 days and get my replacement. This was what I wanted to do and they were kind enough to agree with me. Their reaction to the missing portion of my order is the reason I believe the service still deserves 5 full stars.Kid-friendliness: They have a good menu selection for kids. Not that many options but options that my child likes and he is a picky eater

Just disappointed. Really a great value price wise, but just was not good. Got the Coney Fries. Chili and cheese was good, fries were not crisp, underdone. Some were crunchy, as in a little on the raw side. The "Chicago" Dog needs an asterisk. That was not a Chicago Dog. The buns was extremely soggy, could not eat them. They just fell apart. No mustard and why jalapeños? Maybe got the wrong thing, but worst "Chicago Dog" I've ever eaten (or tried to). Very nice customer service.
