Everything was absolutely delicious! We ordered the cheese dip, fish, Nopales, and birria tacos, shrimp cocktail, and chiles relleños. For drinks we had raspberry margaritas (on the rocks) and watermelon mojito. Both were made to perfection!The chipotle dressing was to die for (I dipped my nopales tacos in it)!!

Terrible service, I placed an order at 2:55pm and pick up time was 3:25. I arrived at that time, I had to wait for about 10 minutes for a hostess to come up to the front and she asked for my name on my order and she walked away but did not give me any updates. I waited for about 30 more minutes until I was able to see a waitress to see about updates, she goes to the back to the kitchen and comes out with my order..WOW! All I ordered was nachos..lol. Mind you, the manager was constantly walking by glancing at the hostess stand but not bothering to come and see what was going on. Won’t be coming back to this location and I’ll tell people I know to not come here either. This is not the first time service has been terrible. Dine in is not much better.

We waited 4 minutes for the host to come up front and seat us. Then the table after us got their order taken before us. The drinks were good but the food was slightly bland but it got the hunger off of us. I was sick to see them not clear off the tables but yet kept adding more trash to the tables after people had left instead of clearing the tables after people had left ?Went to the bathroom , very cute but the first stall had no toilet tissue ? the next had some but there is not a lot of space. No paper towel at all.I will continue to go Mexican village

Stood in the waiting area for 10minutes to be seated still no one came just decided to go to the bar and it was 3 gentlemen there before me that said they been waiting awhile only 2 people where working me and my wife just decided to leave I would put -10 if it was a option

Maybe when I visited, it was a busy day or a day when others called off. Service was slow. I got a sample platter and was unable to eat it. I wasn't aware the beef was spicy. When I mentioned it, the waiter simply told me kids can eat it. Oh well, I am sorry I don't do spicy.

Started out bad. Stood at greeters podium for ten minutes while two employees spoke in Spanish and followed one another around.After being seated we had a rocking table. Everything you touched the table on my side it would raise the other side. Was given dirty menus with dried salsa between the pages. The drink menu was sticky and covered in what appeared to be juice or alcohol. I pointed it out to the server whom instructed me it wasn't his job.We order our drinks. Mine never came. It looked good on the menu. Grilled pineapple with berries Margherita. Chips came out later with my wife's cola.Food was good but bland. I asked for hot salsa with the chips. Was informed it was an upcharge. No problem. Tasted like bottled hot sauce. Asked for the guacamole dip. It came without chips.One of our worst dinning experiences lately.Believe they were understaffed, and training new servers who didn't get the proper training.

When I tell you there is a Reason they have a 2.5!!! I have NO IDEA how this place is open! This place is down the street from my house so I have tried carryout from here I have tried sitting down in here I have really tried with this place! The food often is semi cold or just messy on the plate or in the carryout boxes. The flavour just isn't there.. I feel like everything is canned food not fresh.. beans are THICK and pasty or watered way thin not much flavour.. I called today to check their hours and the lady made herself clear with her voice and how she spoke to me that she did not want to be there nor did she want to take anyone's orders.. i ended up disconnecting.. Ive had a waitress roll her eyes at my mother and I after something was wrong with the dish and it needed fixing she just did this thing with her eyes and took the dish and walked away literally said not a single word.. we were left speechless... I have tried so much with this place but I think im over it. Even if its down the street even placing a carryout they are short with you and stern like you are an inconvenience to you. Even if you are so sweet and say please and thank you they are RUDE! Ive worked in customer service for years. Once they had a wobbly table they brought over cardboard after we complained. The atmosphere inside used to be nice when they first opened but now its run down. The tables are also pretty close together now that the covid regulations are over you are maybe a foot or two away from the next persons chair back to back your chairs are nearly touching you can almost reach the next table from ur seat
