Been here 3 times, every time something is forgotten. Sauce, fries, or burger. As a person who has worked in costumer service for years, I understand things happen but it seems this location has things happening alot.Not only that, online it says that theyare open 24 hours, however that is not the case and none of them know when theydo close. I've been told, 7pm and 9pm.

Long wait to order while at the menu in drive through line, then was another 15 minutes waiting for them to drop more hashbrowns.Consistently long waits each time at this location, which I realize is my fault for giving this location multiple attempts.The lady that took payment was very sweet though.

Place was terrible till new morning manager now totally turned around place has totally turned around Congratulations.now 7 mile Farmington needs to do the same probably never eat there again to many bad experiences

Placed a mobile order 30 minutes prior to showing up. The door were locked at 7:30 pm, I could not get in at 7:30 pm. Got in the drive through line. Waited to speak there but got ignored. I pulled up the window, explained the situation. They could not help, told me to go to the next window, finally got my order. This is the worst managed McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t go there often, but every time I do go there I expect and get service just like this. FYI, there is a Chick-fil-A a mile and a half south of this McDonald’s and they serve hundreds of customers an hour and I never have issues like this there.

Come in usually once or twice a week for a sausage, egg, cheese bagel (add bacon) and a coffee two cream and two sugars. They sometimes give me a bacon bagel with egg, cheese.I went inside this time when they gave me a meal (and no bacon) to show the manager that what I ordered wasn't what I was given. I was told to review my order in the window and not listen to what is repeated by the caisher...not their job to get the order right.Won't be going back to the middlebelt and five location anytime soon
During the day this restaurant is awesome.Night shift, this place is absolutely terrible. Don't know why I still go at night.

Came up to the drive through, the First women taking payments was so kind and sweet! Truly was a great experience at first. Then I pull up to the window to get my food, and I said “hi” and the lady just stared at me. so I honestly thought she might be deaf, until she says have a nice day very low after she hands me my stuff, and I still didn’t get my mcflurries I ordered. So I said something and she proceeded to tell me I didn’t order them and demanded my receipt, which I declined at the first window. It was a small order so I didn’t want it. I told her my order should be pulled up right in front of her. The nice sweet woman from the first window came around and confirmed that I had purchased them. Then other lady turned, didn’t say a word to me, just went and got mcflurries that she didn’t even put in the machine and mix. These were for my kids…. My burgers didn’t even have a patty on it (both of them)… that lady needs to go find a job behind a desk where she can live her life in peace. Get away from the public.
