Been wanting to try this place for quite some time. I’m a sandwich lover and decided to try a local mom and pop. I came in just before closing. Was quickly approached with good customer service. I decided to go with the “bird” on sourdough, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños and Colby cheese. Order came out within 6 minutes. Sandwich was massive, especially for a person who eats like a “little bird” lol. Enough to take home and enjoy. Quaint environment, all the extras you need. $10.60 well worth it.

Shout out to Mid Eight Sandwich Shop in Livonia. We ordered The Bird (Turkey), The Cuban, and The Rachel sandwiches. They had no problem with my request to prepare my sandwich without bread and served in a carryout bowl. The food is great, hospitality is awesome, and they have Better Made products which I am a huge fan of. I looked at their FB page and saw where they made sandwiches for Grace Center for Hope and upon entering their shop this afternoon, they have a sign indicating that they will be closed on Saturday so employees can enjoy the weekend/holiday with their families. THIS is kind of business that I want to patronize. Finally, get the Love Spice on your sandwich…feel the love.

What a cool place! Decor is awesome to look at, and the food is great! I highly recommend the Mid 8 monster (if you're hungry enough) haha it's BIG!!The owner's name is Scott, he's come a long way building this place, worked very hard and it shows! The owner handmade our sandwiches. They were super awesome. great personality, great food. well established. The longer I looked at the menu, the more I wanted it all. Normally I see one thing I want and get the normal. If I was a local this 110% would be my regular spot.

Just moved into the area, I don't cook much cause I'm always at work, noticed this place and tried it out twice, awesome owner and great staff, but if you're not into peppers be sure to tell them that, cause they put them on EVERYTHING, great sandwiches though and the pickles are as great as Jimmy Johns pickles, they also stayed after hours just to make me dinner, good place and good people

I don’t eat sandwiches. Usually the bread is too thick or the meat is salty. I was truly surprised when my boss brought the office sandwiches. I had the “Rachel”. Best sandwich I’ve ever eaten.

This company donated sandwiches and sides for 70 men to the one-year program I am part of. The food was amazing and fresh. The sandwiches had a great taste and each one had tons of meat. Thank you guys so much for your generosity, the men really enjoyed it!
