I love going here. The food is good and the quality of it is pretty consistent. The staff is always polite and friendly-even when i go with a larger group 7 or more. Prompt seating when there is a wait. The establishment is clean and I like the bar area. Prices are reasonable for the quantity you get. I wish they had oyster rockefeller though! That would be the icing on the cake!

My husband and I had reservations for 7:30 Friday April 19. We we seated promptly upon arrival. After that it was down hill. It took awhile for our server to come to our table. His name was Bryan. The only way I knew his name was from the receipt upon leaving. He never said HI I'm Bryan or anything. He just said would you like something to drink besides water. My husband said yes and ordered a beer. He walked away 5 minutes later he set the beer on the table and said do you want bread? I thought to myself is that even a question. We politely said yes. He walked away so quickly we didn't get to tell him we were ready to order. After what seemed a long time he came back and said are you ready to order. We said yes. My husband asked if the Shanghai seafood sampler would be spicy is all he said was no. So we ordered and he walked away. He made us feel like we were a bother to him. We got the impression he didn't like us but we didn't know why. He never came back to ask us how the soup was or how our dinners were. Not even once. We would see the other servers smiling and talking to their tables and checking in on them. This Brian guy seems like he wanted to avoid us. We have not been to Mitchell's in quite a while and we were looking for an enjoyable night out. We didn't get that. We felt uncomfortable with him as a server. I got fish and chips and they were good and a large portion. My husband got the Shanghai Seafood sampler he said it was pretty good but bland. My husband and I both worked in the food service industry for years and we know a good server definitely makes an evening out more enjoyable. Bryan not so much. Thank you, Colleen Wilson

I came to Mitchell's to host my mother's 70th birthday. I had scheduled/reserved a party of 12 there well in advance. Once we were all there and seated, the staff at Mitchell's accommodated our every need. The staff was first class and very welcoming. We weren't rushed. Sped along or hurried in any way.The group I was with ordered various dishes, and I have to say, there were thumbs up the whole way around.My mother was overwhelmed with joy being there and enjoying her family on her special day. Thank you to Mitchell's and the wonderful staff for helping me to make this day unforgettable for her.I would recommend Mitchell's over and over again. I can't thank you enough.

Date night dinner. First time visiting and had an amazingly memorable experience from the time we arrived to departing. Our server Angel was very attentive, personable and professional. Staters included shrimp cocktail and cream of artichoke with chips. Warm bread with butter. Entrees were surf and turf with shrimp scampi, and Shanghai trio with sticky rice. Everything was delicious the steak was cooked to perfection. Great presentation of meals. We recommend this establishment hands downs d will return!

My salmon didn't taste as good as it cost. Was not impressed. Service was good, but the restaurant was loud, I was expecting a fine dining experience and this is not that.
