Overall, as it relates to taste, it's okay. The sauce for the General Tso Chicken is good, but the fried rice has no flavor. It's just rice that has been colored brown. As far as customer service, it depends on who serves you. The elderly woman is often rude. The younger women is always pleasant. My major complaint is the poor food safety practices. The elderly woman wears gloves, but she's handling EVERYTHING (cash, cards, food, phone) with the same gloves on. The point of wearing gloves when handling food is to keep us safe. I try to just do business with the younger woman and avoid ordering when I see that the younger woman isn't present.

I like their food. Their portion sizes are just right for me. Their prices are comparable to other places in the area, maybe a little cheaper. But what I love the most is that they offer lunch all day unlike most places that end lunch at 2 or 3. Sometimes I'm not really that hungry and want a lunch size portion at dinner. I love their Ban Ban Chicken. But be aware if you plan to use a debit or card there is a $10 minimum. So if you order lunch that is under $10 and you use a card they charge you $10 anyway. But I always pay in cash so to me it's not really a problem. But they do have great food. I very seldom give a restaurant 5 stars but because they offer lunch all day I'm giving them 5 stars. Congratulations.

I ordered almond chicken combination a few days ago. The grease tasted a bit old. I was so hungry and too late to take it back. It gave me some indigestion and could taste it when I burped it up. It would've been great because it was cooked well. It could use some green onions, almonds and cabbage like actual almond chicken. I order lunch special about once a month. I like the chicken and vegetables. I was disappointed. They're very nice people with fast service. Food is usually tasty. I won't order this dish again.

Very nice people! The food was excellent and fresh. I recommend the chicken Egg Foo Young and the General Tso’s chicken. The egg rolls remind me of a smaller version I had as a kid from my favorite place at the time…..delicious! ? I should have taken the picture before I ate one of the patties, but I couldn’t resist.

We (family of 5) have been enjoying the food here for 8 years! We have tried many dishes and love them all. We recommend Sweet & Sour Chicken (sauce on the side), General TSO Chicken, Orange Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, Chicken Fried Rice and the Egg Rolls are my favorite! The staff knows me by name and they truly care about every aspect of their business. Love this place!

I don't know how this place has so many good reviews. Schezuan shrimp had maybe 4 small pieces of shrimp. Schezuan chicken barely had any chicken just full of vegetables. Sesame chicken barely had any sesame on it. Egg rolls were cooked in old oil and burnt. Everything tasted bad and very cheap with the meat.

I was looking for a new Chinese restaurant because most of the ones closer to me are just ok. I read the reviews for New China Moon and thought I would give it a try. I'm sorry I did. we ordered 4 dishes, egg drop soup, and spring rolls. We ordered spring rolls but got egg rolls, General Tso's chicken was dry both inside and out - very little sauce and very little flavor - no heat whatsoever. Mongolian Beef - no flavor or heat whatsoever. Garlic chicken - we could tase some garlic but no other flavor whatsoever. Chicken fried rice - no flavor whatsoever. See the pattern here? I have never had such bland Chinese food in my life. Sorry, But I will not be going back.

I pass this restaurant everyday to and from work. My instinct always tells me to avoid. I decided to give them a try and all I can say is I’m very disappointed. This is by far the worst Chinese take out I’ve ever had in my life!!! If your looking for tasteless, over salted food then this is your place. The service wasn’t that good either.
