Took 40 mins to even take our order never even asked if we wanted anything but water to drink I got a chicken sandwich but it was dry flavorless and the smallest amount of sauce bun was stail all in all just not good. only saw our waiter twice once after being there for an hour to finally take our order and lastly to drop off the bill horrible experience will never go back

My family came on a Sunday to get a nice dinner. When we got there, it wasn’t busy, yet still it took almost an hour before anyone came to our table. When they finally came, they rushed us and made us order everything all at once. And they never asked us what we wanted to drink. I ordered steak and lobster, medium… it came out very rare and raw? I sent it back, it came back again raw… very disappointing. Service was absolutely terrible. We felt ignored and unimportant. Worse steak I’ve ever had. So raw, yet tough I couldn’t even eat it. Never coming back.

Perfect place! Amazing black bread with a butter. Do not forget to have an appointment before dine in. If you are just yourself then just go without an appointment and eat at the bar.

It was empty when we got here, no customers whatsoever. I ordered chicken tenders. When you order something like that for the price that it was, you wouldn't expect 1 chicken tender to come to you on a big plate. On the menu, it clearly showed more than 1,maybe I caught them on a dry day. The service was better than the food,I have to admit that. But wow,I should've just gone to Olive Garden across the street.

Worse service ever. When we got seated, it took about 25 mins for someone to acknowledge us. The two tables next to us complained about the same thing. Finally someone came to us and we decided to just order our drinks and food. It took another 40 min, and finally, we hunted someone down asking for our food. we had ordered many steaks, salads, and bloomin onion. A different server brought out the one salad and bloomin onion. It took another 30 min to finally get our steaks. The steaks we ordered were just ok, and Asparagus looked like they soaked in water for a long time. My one friend had to leave and decided to call up and speak to the manager. He came over to the table, and we told him everything I just said above and how the waiter had different people bringing out his stuff, and he was very scatter brained. He was very overwhelmed with only 3 tables. He definitely needed more training. Yes, the manager did comp some of our bill, which was nice. We had about 15 dollars on a gift card left and ended up giving it 2 ladies next to us for their meal.Tell u what, we will not be going to another outback again. Worse service and food.Texas roadhouse all the way from now on!

There was a 35 minute wait which is fine, typical for restaurants in the weekend. We got our table and proceeded to order. We ordered 2 appetizers, shrimp and chicken bites, 2 salads and 4 drinks. The 2 drinks came out first. 1 hr later we finally got the complimentary bread that we had to ask for 30minutes ago. The shrimp ? came out and my entree which was a ?, which was missing tomato and the sauce. It actually didn’t have any ketchup, mayo or mustard. So they took that back but when they brought it back the asparagus was cold. The salads ? still never came. One was wilted by the way, when it finally got to the table. The waiter we had was flustered and it was his 5th day, he said. The manager said it was late and that was the reason, no excuse when you on the clock ⏰. They gave is $30 off which was still disappointing. The experience at this Outback Steakhouse wasn’t great at all, but you live and learn and hope they get it together. Until then, “Let’s Eat!”

We dined at this location last night (4/6/2024) and it was quite possibly the worst experience (food wise) that I’ve ever had. My seared ahi tuna appetizer was sliced way too thick and served over a mound of iceberg lettuce with shredded cheddar and crumbled bleu cheese….not advertised on the menu. My steak (filet) was unseasoned and overcooked….and was not tender the way a filet should be (cheap cut)….I thought I was eating a sirloin. My Caesar salad was tasteless (dressing) and our lobster tails were small and overcooked. My aunts salad had a rotten cucumbers and the iceberg core was tossed in. Our service was average at best (order taker). This is the first review that I’ve ever posted regarding a restaurant/dining experience…..which should tell you something right there?!??

their service was really bad, we got a blooming onion and it took them 5-10 minutes to bring us plates and when we went to order i asked for my steak MEDIUM and they gave me rare and i got the chili and it only had one piece of meat and it was super super spicy and the steak and mac n cheese were also spicy, i will not be going back there this will be the 3rd and last time they mess up our order
