Thought I would try this place for the second time. Both times all the employees were unfriendly. When I asked if they could spread the food around the burrito so it could be all mixed together the person helping me just starred back at me like I made some insane request. The portion size was also significantly smaller than the last time. The staff working need an attitude adjustment. They all were rude.

This place used to be great and now the customer service is a joke! Employees get upset with you and give you an attitude for ordering food...sorry you have to do your job! I usually order the same thing and every time I go in the price is always different it hasn't been the same price the last 5 visits. When I ask the cashier why the price is never the same it's like talking to a brick wall and they mumble under their breath who knows what. Nobody knows how to roll a burrito anymore as it always falls apart now. $15 just for the burrito to fall apart on you..... This place has drastically gone down hill in the last year and lack of management is very obvious!!!!

I usually love this place but this last visit disappointing.Ordered 2 bowls and a burrito. Everything was very skimpy on the food items. I also think they were training new employees. Seems like they didn't know how to process the food orders. This was my go to place.The price for Queso and Guacamole was outrageous! I have gone here for years and have always enjoyed the food. This was the first time I wasn't happy!

I like the food at Chipotles better. But pancheros has better service, and are more reliable. We went here because the chipotle down the street was out of meat, rice and guac. The staff here were polite and helpful.
Off brand chipotle store with small portions. Rice is over spiced, so is the chicken. The portions are tiny compared to chipotle, they also charge $1.75 for extra protein. For me to get an average amount of protein I had to pay total of $10 in additional protein. That’s rice and chicken bowl for $20. And it was disgusting. Just go to chipotle and save yourself a bad meal. Best!

Terrible...come here all the time and the bigger black guy told me that online orders are higher priority then in store customers so I walked out may never be back...went to location at least once to twice a week.

It had been a long time since I had Panchero's and while it did bring back some delicious nostalgia, they do need a little bit of work. While the quesadilla I had was good, it did need to have more meat in it. My fiancé's burrito was really good as well, but the meat was a little dry. Not a deal breaker because the memories did come flowing back, so I will be back soon.

Come here just about once every other week and never once have had an issue. Pancheros tastes way better than Qdoba, and unlike Chipotle, you're not gonna get
