I went in the drive thru. I ordered chicken and beef and broccoli. My rice was burnt and I got broccoli no beef. I tried calling but I kept getting a message of No one is available . This place has really gone down hill. It's just sad!!

The orange chicken was lukewarm. I had to reheat it along with the fried rice. The Orange Mexican soda was flat. I was unable through the app to claimMy free spring rolls. I explained when I arrived. I was told we could discuss at the window. The clerk at the window said he gave me the free spring rolls, but he didn’t. Why lie? Richard, the manager should train his staff better customer service skills. I need a refund for that flat orange soda as well.

I have been to panda 100 times and this was by far my best experience!!! I was greeted by Isaac who was extremely friendly and made sure to greet everyone who walked in. Isaac and Jeanine both prepared my order and never had an attitude when I asked for certain things. They were very friendly and happy to accommodate. Then Armando aka Mondo ? was at the register and so friendly and polite as well. He always kept me posted on what was happening with my order. I work in the service industry as well and know how hard it can be EVERYDAY! And I write these reviews hoping that the employees I comment about get the recognition they deserve. Because people in customer service never get the appreciation they deserve!!! So thank you for being kind and the awesome people you are!!! ❤️
